“ right on the beach, but not too close to the schlock; everything was within walking distance if we needed it (pretty much true of the whole town), yet we had a lovely, quiet location and didn't need to leave if we did not wish to. thermal baths were lovely; room had a nice kitchenette ... we plan to come again. ”

We have spent 30+ nights at this hotel over the last 4-5 years. The SPA facilities are outstanding which is why we keep coming back. Just wish the reception staff and organization would be better. Check-in was OK this time, but check-out was a joke. And we've had issues before. I'd recommend the hotel for the facilities, but beware of that the staff is lost should they need to make a decision on their own.....

The people and the location; 10 minutes by foot from the ICE terminal station at BINZ meant we could travel the whole journey from dover kent in one day by train,arriving relaxed and able to enjoy the holiday from day 1.

A great find. It is about 8 blocks from the main pedestrian area which is why I rated location as good instead of excellent. But we liked not being in the thick of everything - it was an easy walk/bike ride. I booked this hotel 9 months ahead of time based on cost per room. I had quite forgotten what I had booked and it was pure success. We needed two rooms for my husband and two older daughters. We shared the ground porch with ourside table and chairs which was perfect. The hotel had massage services, 5 saunas and 3 mineral/salt pools. We were in heaven. We ate lunches on the promenade but decided to have dinners at the hotel. It was a huge buffet with good food. Absolutely indulge in the local schnapps from the Sanddorn fruit. We rented bikes in town, great path to Sassnitz. My daughters voted this their favorite German location during our two week trip (Innsbruck, Mittenwald, Munchen, Berlin)

right on the beach, but not too close to the schlock; everything was within walking distance if we needed it (pretty much true of the whole town), yet we had a lovely, quiet location and didn't need to leave if we did not wish to. thermal baths were lovely; room had a nice kitchenette ... we plan to come again. the parking fee is really a joke. okay, if you want to charge for the underground garage, i guess that's okay, but coercing people for 5 Euro so they don't have to walk five blocks to the forest (really just a remote, dirt parking lot surrounded by trees) is ridiculous when you really have plenty of parking in front of the place. silly, annoying charge.

hur skönt som helst att liga och bada så mycket man ville.maten va kanon och Bärsen utsökt gott. myrorna på rummet var ingen höjdare,men det kom hjälp fort.

Det var ett lugnt "vuxenhotell" mycket snygg och trevlig Spa avdelning. Det är bra att kunna välja alternativet lägenhet. Stort plus att få nya bullar vid dörren

Frukosten och baden. Särskilt saltvattensbadet i glashuset. Att hotellet snålade på hygienartiklar. Man fick endast 4 tops och två bomullspads på tre dagar till två personer. När vi frågade efter fler fick vi svaret att endast 4 tops ingick per vistelse. Med tanke på priset tycker vi detta var väldigt snålt.

wir haben schon oft über Booking.com Appartements gebucht.So spartanisch eingerichtet wie im Seehotel Binz-Therme Rügen haben wir noch keines vorgefunden.Sonst hatten wir nichts auszusetzen.

Minden területen kaptunk egy kis pluszt amire nem is számítottunk. Színes- fény szauna, finom alma szaunázás mellé, tea a pihenő szobában. A legnagyobb a péntek esti hegedű est a medencénél gyertyafény mellett. Nagyon kellemes és pihentető a wellness. A szoba nagyon jól fel van szerelve konyhai kellékekkel is. A mélygarázs útvonala a wellness felé.

Betrag von abgebuchten Zimmer durch andere Gäste wurde uns erstattet Übergang von Residenz in den WellnessBereich durch Tiefgarage vernichtet Atmosphäre. Zimmerkartenverlust wurde von uns gemeldet.Karte wurde nicht entwertet und andere Gäste buchten im Hotel auf unser Zimmer.

Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Strand / Meer ist toll. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben einmal im Hause gegessen, auch hier waren die Speisen sehr lecker. Wir waren im Appartementhaus 2 untergebracht und mussten durch die Tiefgarage gehen, um in den Wellnessbereich zu gelangen.

nur der Service im Restaurant. Die Zimmerverfügbarkeit ab 16h und Zimmerfreimachung um 10h. Schlechter Zimmerservice, Reinigung um 14h noch nicht begonnen. Kein Schuhputzautomat in Residenz 1. Keine Hilfe bei Gepäcktransport, 4 Hotelsterne sind mehr als schmeichelhaftür und sollen ja "nur" für das Gesamthotel gelten und nicht für ein Studio in Residenz 1. ZU abseits gelegen.

Bin vom gesamten Ambiente sehr positiv angetan.Die ausgiebige Benutzung der Therme-Bäder hat für nachhaltiges Wohlbefinden gesorgt.Eine ruhige, entspannte und aufmerksame Atmosphäre des Services-Personal waren sehr entgegenkommend.
