The dinner and breakfast meals were great. The staff were very helpful. The bathroom in the room was very small. The shower was great, the sink was great. The toilet was so close to the wall that it was difficult to sit on the toilet without bumping your knees on the wall in front. |

Modernität, gute Ansprache an der Reception, die Modernität des Zimmers mit seinem Ausblick auf den Bodensee und die Schweizer Alpen Leider gab es für die Sanotäranlagen im Zimmer keinen abgeschlossenen Raum, die Toilette war nur durch eine Glaskabine mit Glasschiebetür von Schlafraum getrennt. Die freistehende Badewanne hingegen ist nicht störend. |

Mir hat gefallen, dass das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend war, und das Hotel direkt am Bodensee seht, wo man wunderbar laufen kann. Besondes gut fand ich, dass Hunde willkommen sind. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass einige Fehnsehprogramme nicht richtig eingestellt waren, und deshalb nicht anschauen konnte (was aber zweitrangig war). |

Der Sauna- und Wellnessbereich ist neu und sehr schön. Die sehr nahe Lage am Bodensee. Zustand der Zimmereinrichtung war abgenutzt bzw. abgewohnt. Das Bad war nur bedingt sauber. |

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht; bei diesen Preisen kann und darf man sowohl ein sauberes Zimmer, als auch eine gewisse Grösse erwarten. Diese Kriterien wurden keinesfalls erfüllt. Der Anbau ist der, der im Internet gezeigt wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Für mich ist das nepp; die Hotelleitung sollte dringend für eine Renovierung der nicht zeitgemässen Zimmer sorgen oder ansonsten an der Preisschraube drehen! |

De leiding van het hotel voert momenteel renovaties door aan het interieur, dwz het restaurant is al gemoderniseerd en een aantal kamers. Het knapt er bijzonder van op. De standard 2-persoons kamers, waarvoor per nacht euro 100 moet worden betaald, zijn dit geld niet waard. De kamers bevinden zich nog in oude staat. |

Die tolle Lage direkt am See, der urige Balkon mit Seeblick Vieles!: Die unfreundlichen , hektischen Damen, die jegliches Urlaubsgefühl f.d.Gast zunichte machten, die langen Korridore ohne Bild, dafür jedoch viele Blessuren an den Wänden, die Wellen in den Teppichböden, der verwohnte , wenig einladende Eindruck des gesamten Hauses.Hinzu kommt der nüchterne Eingangsbereich ("Hotelhalle") |
