Wir hatten bereits nach der ersten Nacht von den schlechten Matratzen Rückenschmerzen. Wir waren bereits im Jahre 2000 in Ihrem Hotel und fanden es damals, obwohl ohne Pool, sehr gut. Warum keine Balkons an den Zimmern mit Seeblick sind, dass erschließt sich uns nicht. Raucherzimmer gebucht und Raucherzimmer bekommen ! Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption beim Check-In war sehr inkompetent, konnte uns leider unsere kleine unkomplizierte Frage nicht beantworten und hat auch niemanden zu Rate gezogen. Beim Check-Out wurden wir von der Mitarbeiterin lediglich abkassiert und weder nach unserem Aufenthalt noch nach dem Gefallen gefragt. Für uns, die selber im Service arbeiten, ein absolutes No-Go. Den Preis für das Zimmer finden wir im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels zu hoch. Das Essen ist dort Grauen pur, keinerlei Würze - so schlecht haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück hat diesen Namen nicht verdient. Bei gefüllter Tasse kann man ganz locker den Boden sehen. Das wir dann alternativ einen Latte Macchiato gewählt haben ist klar, aber man staune bei 4 Sternen - diesen mußten wir dann bezahlen. Mit unseren Reklamationen bezüglich Essen und Kaffee ging man eher entspannt um: "Ja, wir wissen das der Kaffee zu dünn ist, aber das ist nunmal so und wir können das nicht ändern". Das Aufwachen am Morgen und das Frühstück auf der sonnigen Hotelterasse am See ist zauberhaft. Die Ruhe angenehm wie auf dem Land.
