The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - excellent customer service. It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee in our room |

Special thanks to the man working at the hotel. He was very friendly, smiling and explained the awkward questions with professional skill with incredible craftsmanship. A much better guide than a tourist information desk! We did find carpets for the doll house in a store you told us - unbelievable. Great breakfast and friendly service! |

Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location, comfortable room & bed, very clean premises, professional service. After booking experimentally for one night, I stayed four more nights. Only one criticism: I selected this hotel on the basis of price + fitness centre, according to the the information on the website of booking.com. But this hotel has no fitness centre --- a case of false advertising. This information should be corrected. |

Exellent service and very clean rooms. We stayed at two of them. The standard double room is simple and maybe a bit small. But the comfort room was very much better. It's not a design-hotel, but I prefer a clean room and good athmosphere - and this is why I can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is good and it showes that the hotel care about their guests in a special warm and personal way. Maybe the curtins at the standard room. It's very light in the room, and it didn't help with the very light thin curtins.... |

very friendly staff!!! Reception closes at 22.00 pm and you need to carry the key with you.No fridge in the room,the room was small and the bathroom was standard for the value of the services. |

Our room was spacious, the location was quiet, the staff was so helpful and offered allergy free bedding for us at 10pm when we got there. No hairdryer in the room, but they had them at the desk. Remote for the TV was a little weird. But these are trivial things... |

Very good breakfast. Location to the main places of interest are all within walking distance and also access to public transport is close by.All staff were very helpful during my stay. Entrance not very bright , and not very welcoming . But they did just start painting the stairway walls on my last day there. |

Both our room and bathroom were large and airy (high ceilings), clean and comfortable. Our room, being away from the street, was extermely quiet. Ideally and centrally situated for excursions into various parts of the city. Lobby and stairwell could do with a makeover, the carpeting and paintwork is old and worn, in a building that has an intrinsic beauty. Small additions would render large improvements: a little soap holder or shelf in the shower on which to put ones soap + shampoo, a "waste bin" on thebreakfast table for peels, yoghurt cups etc. No shampoo or soap available. |
