Hotel Staff friendly and help full.Breakfast was great....Distance from main city was fantastic .Restaurants in the area were great . Showers were cold/hot a lot of the time ....But rooms were comfortable. |

The staff was excellent, and the surroundings were quiet at nights. The tv in the room was rather small, plus there were only two non-german channels. |

Staff were fantastic, breakfast was very good, location to public transportation, very charming hotel. more english tv channels would have been nice, but we were in a foreign country so can't complain about that. |

Very helpful staff, all spoke English, sold tickets for transportation and shows at desk.Great location, very near subway and bus connections. Small bathrooms, but clean and good value for the price. Great breakfast. |

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good in relation to the price. We had a quiet room. The decor was a bit unattractive. We had to request shampoo and soap, which was promptly provided. We also had to request a refrigerator, which was also promptly provided. |

Absolutely great service at reception and absolutely perfect breakfast. Some furniture and construction of bathroom are (too) contrast to traditional guesthouse atmosphere by my opinion. Anyway it's a question of taste. |

Excellent service and thoughtfulnesses!! The Customer Service Desk Agent offered us packed lunch since we had to leave earlier for a flight the next day. They were very informative and made the stay very enjoyable The bed was a bit uncomfortable, however, you get what you paid for. Overall i have a very satisfactory stay |

Simple but very clean. Reception staff was kind and I could buy bus(&metro) ticket. Breakfast was good. No shampoo, no hairdryer. |

the style of entrance hall and stairs, height of the ceiling, a lot of light, friendly and caring receptionists, great location, just next to Ku'damm reception is closed between 10pm and 7am, expensive WiFi, no toiletries in the room, poor selection of hot breakfast dishes |
