Hotel bardzo kameralny, cichy, spokojny, w samym centrum, rewelacyjna baza na wypady w miasto (zakupy, zwiedzanie), blisko stacji ZOO, bardzo wysokie sufity w pokojach :), bardzo dobre śniadania (co rano różne jedzenie), dobra obsługa hotelowa - nie narzucająca się Bardzo mały odbiornik TV (głównie Niemiecka kanały), zakaz palenia w hotelu. |

Breakfast excellent,staff very helpful,we appreciated the staffs knowledgeand help in arranging each days activities.Thankyou to all concerned,also we thought the hotel was convenient for both sightseeing and dining. The room we used [No44] was in need of two comfortable chairs and a combi dressing table/shelves. We had to leave our folding clothes on the floor. |

Good location,few steps to the central street,~ 20min.till airport Tegel by bus,very good breakfast. Real hotel interior does not coinside to fotos.On foto it looks very stylish,actually very poor inspite of renovation/refurnishing.There was problem with shower in my room:very old shower head,weak water flow.Blanket is very short and narrow. |

The staff was willing, helpful and friendly. The room was big, clean, very light and attractive. The breakfast was good. This is not a luxery establishment, be we found it just perfect for our needs. |

Very nice staff. Excellent position near Kurfürstendam. The rooms have a good size and are very nice and clean. Soap and soap dish in the shower and perhabs a hairdryer in the room (It is possible to borrow one in the reception) |

Location was very convenient,excellent public transport connections. Hotel is old style, staff friendly, helpfull and perfect english. Rooms were made daily with breakfast more than adequate. Family room provided was spacious ,quiet, heated, good size en-suite,adequate for family of four. Very enjoyable stay, would return. |

Special thanks to the man working at the hotel. He was very friendly, smiling and explained the awkward questions with professional skill with incredible craftsmanship. A much better guide than a tourist information desk! We did find carpets for the doll house in a store you told us - unbelievable. Great breakfast and friendly service! |

Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent location, comfortable room & bed, very clean premises, professional service. After booking experimentally for one night, I stayed four more nights. Only one criticism: I selected this hotel on the basis of price + fitness centre, according to the the information on the website of booking.com. But this hotel has no fitness centre --- a case of false advertising. This information should be corrected. |

Exellent service and very clean rooms. We stayed at two of them. The standard double room is simple and maybe a bit small. But the comfort room was very much better. It's not a design-hotel, but I prefer a clean room and good athmosphere - and this is why I can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast is good and it showes that the hotel care about their guests in a special warm and personal way. Maybe the curtins at the standard room. It's very light in the room, and it didn't help with the very light thin curtins.... |
