The room lag power outlets to connect phone charger, pc or anything. There were no additional power outlets in the room. Guest has to unplug lamps or tv to be able to connect any charger for electronic equipment.

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms are well-kept and clean. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and they speak excellent English. The online pricing is reasonable. The in-room pricing is expensive. I highly recommend this hotel. The bedding was not big enough for average size adults (we are both 5 foot 11 inches.

Freundlicher Empfang, sehr sauberes und bequemes Zimmer, kostenfreier WLAN-Zugang ein 4-Sterne Hotel sollte evtl. Body-Lotion, Duschhaube usw. im Zimmer bereit stellen, wäre eine nette Geste. Der Frühstücksservice war freundlich, aber unaufmerksam.

Die Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionspersonals war sehr gut. Preis/Leistung waren wegen des Sonderpreises in Ordnung. Schöne Bilder an den Wänden. Das Frühstück entsprach nicht dem Qualitätsniveau des Hotels. Ein Zimmersafe in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel sollte nicht gesondert berechnet werden!

Wireless LAN ist kostenlos. Einem 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht angemessen, die Badewanne ist zu klein, es dauert sehr lange, bis das Wasser eingelaufen ist. Der Fernseher ist häufig einfach ausgegangen und war schwer wieder anzumachen. Das Öffnen des Tresors kostet jeweils EUR 1. Der Service im Restaurant ist nicht gut.

der Saunabereich war sehr ansprechend Für ein 4 Sterne superior Hotel nicht ausreichend Komfort - kein Kamm, keine Lotion etc . Zimmer nur husch gereinigt, Abluft im Bad saust, nachts war es im Zimmer trotz auf 0 herunter gedrehter Heizung viel zu warm.
