This is a good hotel for the money of it I stayed there during the annuga where all hotels were booked and so it was ok clean and comfortable The staff were little bit slow although they were helping when needed. Telephone in the room wasn't working although the staff were trying to fix it and couldn't yet still we didnt have a telephone in the room finally |

The hotel is not far from DUS airport. ~10 min drive (~12-14EUR for a taxi) The hotel is more loke "lost in 80s". The furniture is old, tiny CRT TV with awful quality. The room itself was not more than 9 sq.m. The restaurant, which is in the same building with a hotel has lower then average quality. The hotel staff set the wake up call for the wrong time. Plus, they didn't arrange a taxi for me properly. I was close to missing my plane. That's not a place for business trips. |

The location, near to the airport is good. No disturbing traffic. Very helpful personal. Good for groups. |

It was a basic room but had coffee making facilities. Tv was a good size for the room. Internet connection was poor to none. No curtains and closing the shutters blocked out the internet. |

It was adequate but nothing special. Room was small and noisy. Tv was small and no satellite channels. Just spent 3 months in Chile and Argentina hotels had better facilities for 1/3 of the price. |

Area was good for transport and local bars & retaurants. Room was clean and comfortable Road noise was continuous throughout the night. Staff did not know how safe in room operated |

Convenient for tram stop. 24hr Reception. Always on call if you had a query or problem. Overall an excellent hotel to stay. |

Breakfast was good. First I got a room which had no shower tub, the drainage was clogged and water was allover the floor. I asked for another room and I got one with shower tub and with good drainage. Also the Internet was partially working, so in the end we couldn't use it. |

We (me, my wife and our son) stayed in two rooms. The rooms are nice and clean, their bathrooms are also nice. Shampoo in bath room should be a bit higher quality. |

We ordered triple and were greately suprised to get apartments at the 5th floor with two big rooms (double bed in one and three single beds in the other), small kitchen, bid balcony with the table on it (unfortunately nothing to see around) and big bathroom with both bath and shower cubicle. Convenient location - 5 km to the airoport, 5 km to the centre. Very friendly staff. Great value for money. Unfortunately elevator can take you only to the 4th floor and to reach your room you need to mount by narrow spiral stairs which was not convenient to do with the bags. |

The location to the tram stops made getting around easy. When we arrived the roms had been messed up and we had to change the bedding in one room ourselves. The staff apologised and gave us a free drink. The man on reception did the best he could as he was on his own |

Friendly staff and clean room. The location is fairly good. It is about half an hour walk to the city centre. To take a taxi from city centre to the hotel cost us 8 euro 20 cents. Very difficult to park your car in this neighbourhood. Would suggest to take the parking garage of the hotel itself. |

Check in was very easy, the staff very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a very comprehensive range and was lovely. There was no drawer space to unpack to in the single room, which was surprising. Instead of a wardrobe there were hooks on the wall. It would have been more useful if there were a few hangers on the hooks, as some clothes require them. |
