Friendly helpful english speaking personnel and good parking facilities We booked the rooms in august because we needed 3 3 person rooms. But they gave away one of the rooms to a coach invasion. We were offered 3 x1 person rooms. Mine stunk of cigarette smoke. The only compensation was free drinks ( for the girls in a 3 pers. Suite) |

Nicer hotel than I thought it would be. Very clean and well situated along a main streetcar line. Not quite as close to the Altstadt as the description would have you think, though. There is a lot of noise at night because of the traffic outside. This is okay if the weather is cooler, but as there is no air conditioning, having the window open at night could make it very difficult to sleep. |
