This hotel doesn't care! Staff has very bad English. My room was not cleaned upon check-in at 3 p.m., so I had to wait for 20 mins. Just upon check-in they promised a quiet room overlooking the yard (they even showed the direction) but I got a room on a noisy street with trams. Woke up at 6 a.m. 3 consecutive days because of the noise. Very problematic to get access to "free" wi-fi. They refer to a site which requires registration which sends an e-mail for authentification. But how to get an e-mail before obtaining a wi-fi connection? They really don't care!

Very nice clean hotel. Good location close to the airport, which can be reached very fast by S-bahn (5 minutes, plus 7-10 minutes walk to the Derendorf station). The city center and the main railway station can also be reached very easily by tram. Wi-fi! There was a slight smell of smoke in my room. The breakfast is rather expensive (8 euros or so), I didn't take it.

Very kindly and helpful staff. Effiecient room and nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Across the tramway and 10 minutes from downtown and the Allstadt. Very center!

Nice small hotel near the Dusseldorf Airport. Very comfortable for our early morning flight. There is a greek restaurant which serves delicious food.

says that airport Hotel, but no direct connection to airport, you must call a taxi..so add 15€ at least to hotel rate..( taxi costs 15€)

Good location with direct connections to the old town and to the exhibition center. Free internet. First morning coffee/tea for free in the room. No street noise in our room. Bathroom spotless clean every day. Nice staff (Serbian speaking!) Directions mentioned on their website from the bus station are wrong. A lot of dust under the beds. No need to change the towels every day, it's not eco-friendly!

For family with 3 older children, very useful. Had room on 5th floor with beds for kids in 1 room and double bed for parents (2 matrasses) in connecting room. Tiny kitchen available with utensils. Very clean, comfortable beds, pull-out sofa somewhat less (this is one of the beds). Stayed for the night to fly from nearby airport. Good price, good service.

The hotel is an ideal budget hotel in close proximity to the airport and the Derendorf district Rooms are small and compact but well priced , ok for a short stay

It was mentioned that the the room I booked is in a floor that dose not have an elevator!! Plus the car parking system is not really orgnized by the hotel ?

We stayed in a penthouse, with tub and shower. They remade the beds every morning. The rooms were very clean. The staff was friendly, polite and honest. There was only one sauna for men and women. Very quiet ... There are no complaints to make. The location is 10 minutes from the city center by tram: tram number is either 707 or 715 to go to the center

The Hotel staff,especially during evening-dawn period, is very helpful and good service! You can drop your luggage while you're teaveling other place, they will keep it well. The breakfast is valuable price. The hotel room is clean and good, also the location is good. The tram station is next to the hotel. It's convenient to go in town and not far from airport. The shopping area is 2 stops away with tram.

Staff were very helpful and attentive to all our needs. Hotel is slightly further from centre than I imagined, but taxi's are plentiful. Good eating out opportunities, especially the Greek restaurant under the hotel. And nice places to have a drink such as Irish Pub. Great overall experience. If you have a car and haven't reserved a parking space then parking is extremely hard to find. There are only 8 parking spaces for the 70 rooms of this hotel so reserve parking! Only other problem would be that on my literature it says check out time between 7:00 and 13:00, but I got a phone call at 12 asking when we were checking out. So this could just be a misunderstanding.

There' a good restaurant below it Connections to airport and city are easy once you know which streetcars to take. I had to hump a heavy suitcase up a difficult flight of steps. The emailed directions from the airport were wrong, and cost me a good deal of time.
