Close to city centre attractions and shops. Good breakfasts.

Nice people at the receprion desk. We stayed in appartment part and find what we''ve expected. Location is perfect. 1-2 minutes to Metro station and 5 min to Marienplatz. Good shopping and food area around.

No comment to the breakfast, did not order since the price is relatively high. Bath water is not good, no stable temperature.

Good location (20min walk or even faster by subway or tram). Very friendly staff. There is actually free wifi in the entire hotel and for the apartments as well. The speed of the connection was good enough to check emails or fb. Kitchen was small but well equipped with the basic, fridge and a microwave.

Noisy neighborhood with lots of cars passing but manageable if windows are closed.

Breakfast are superb and have varieties of food. The location is perfect.

Hotel staffs are not the same standard. Some staffs are friendly and helpful. I was impressed by the first welcome and enjoy breakfast meal everyday. Unfortunatelly, I met some staff that was not so helpful and did argrument about my booking. I booked a room at the hotel but was transfered to apartment in the second part of my staying. This room was so noisy in the morning. A bit disappoint, comparing to the room at 7th floor of the hotel.

The staff is almost always friendly, the free wifi works well, they have free coffee in the reception area so you don´t have to spring for the expensive breakfast, which is not included. The location is good, close to get to U-bahn station Sendlingertor or a short walk to Marienplatz. I could adjust the heat in my room, or open the window for fresh air. I´ve stayed here several times on weekends in Munich, good enough for a solo traveler on city tour.

Location was perfect. Rooms were old but very clean. Breakfast was outstanding.

Rooms needed up dating, paint, carpet etc.

Stuff was polite and nice, the breakfast is wonderful. I loved the shower, I could have had real hot water right after I turned the faucet to the left and it had good water pressuer. The hotel locates very close to the station which is one station away from the Hauftbanof (the central train station of Munich) and you can go for sightseeing on the foot .

It was a great place to stay. Housekeeping were excellent, we felt like we had our very own turndown service, you could see the pride in their work when you returned from sightseeing every day. It was nice to come home to. We stayed in an apartment and if you are staying for a few days and like flexibility of being able to make a snack or meal, this place is a great option. Lovely complimentary apples, sparkling water and tea, coffee and papers including international english press in sitting area in foyer. We really appreciated this service, best we have received yet in Germany. Wi-fi worked great too. Close 5-10min walk to start seeing the sights. Easy access to trams, U-SBahn, Buses etc too.

Room was clean, good location for Oktoberfest.

I booked this room in February to make sure that I had somewhere nice for Oktoberfest. I *specifically* booked a double room. Unfortunately, I was give a twin room which was not very comfortable for me. When I queried the staff, I was told that the word double in Germany meant a 2 person room and did not mean a double bed. When I said there was a difference between a twin and a double, I was "corrected" for the correct meaning in Germany. And now when I write the review, the author information of the review now says "the booked the "Double or Twin Room" for 3 nights". My email reservation only says double.

The hotel has a very convenient location close to the city center and near to a metro station. The staff was very friendly. The room was a little small, but this was not a problem. I traveled to Munich for a short business trip and I found it ideal for that purpose.

Good value for money. Central, clean, secure. Shower too small.
