We occupied a suite for 4 people and found it very spacious. The location was ideal for the main shopping area. We arrived late for breakfast every morning and found that the buffet was sadly lacking during the weekdays when business people were staying at hotel. |

Room is spacious & clean, breakfast is above average, supermarket is nearby, free WIFI speed is good, big bathtub & hot water is good, near city & subway Not friendly entrance (steps either up or down to get to elevator), no make-up room service despite tag was hung for e whole day |

the hotel staff were so bad and not helpful at all. they charged me the staying invoice twice from my Credit card, and when I back home I found that they deduct two amounts instead of one. and I am asking them now to return the extra charges 1054 Euro but no response from thier side. I am so upset from this hotel. |

The breakfast was nice and served at a small but good dinning area, room was tidy up everyday and hygiene is not an issue. We like the small kitchen area as well. |

Very centrally located. Capacious room with nice wooden flooring. Bathroom was worn and slightly dirty, the towels were very small. The delivery trucks to the restaurants below the appartment were noisy and woke up before 7am. |

Easy walking access to center of town. Lovely park one minute away. Crumbs on the table. Only towels for two in a room for three (small extras provided when asked) Only beds for two in a room for three. (couch without bedding for third guest) No paper towels, dish towels, dish washing detergent to wash dishes, napkins. No shuttle to airport when mentioned online. |

The Deluxe Suite was very nice. The Fridge and Dishwasher were welcome additions too. Short, 10 min. walk to all of Frankfurt's activities, shopping and history! About 15 minutes to the airport without traffic. Great value at 110 Euro, it was between 3-4 Stars but very clean and good breakfast. The one downside was that the walls to the outside hallway seemed surprisely thin?! You could easily hear my children talking from the hallway. This was not a problem as it was fairly empty for our night stay. |

Schone kamers, divers ontbijt, rustige ligging, binnen enkele minuten lopen van het centrum vandaan. Al met al een geweldig hotel!! |

Le calme , et la grande superficie de la suite!!! Le stationnement pas évident!! Quelques petits coups de tournevis de ci et la, donnerait une impression de mieux entrentenu..( Porte du meuble télé, poignée de douche etc......) sinon belle équipement!!!et remettre a jour la vaisselle!!!! |

Espace des appartements, Petit déjeuner complet. Gentillesse du personnel. Mobilier du salon était très vieux et pour allergiques très déconseillé. sinon les chambres était très propres et bonne literie. |

Die Zimmer sind kleine Suiten, also Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer getrennt voneinander. Die Einrichtung war deutlich einfacher und sehr viel abgenutzter als auf den Bildern. Im Bad war unter anderem der Duschhalter abgebrochen, am zweiten Tag hat man vergessen, mir Handtücher zu geben, ich musste mir diese an der rezeption selbst abholen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist OK, jedoch wird nichts nachgefüllt. Unterm Strich eher 2 als 4 Sterne. |

Nagy szoba, kényelmes ágyak. A komplett konyha sokat segít a házias ételek elkészítésében, és a költségek alacsonyan tartásában. Kevés edény, a szaunát nem lehetett használni. 2009. ápr. 7-től csak délután 5-ig van recepció, de utána is egy kulcs-automatával hozzá lehet jutni a kulcshoz. |

Späte Anreise und spätes Auschecken am Folgetag sorgen neben den schönen und geräumigen Suiten für jede Menge Entspannung im stressigen Alltag. Natürlich ist es kein Luxushotel, bietet aber einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in guter Lage zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild und die sterilen Gänge zu den Zimmern passen nicht zu den großräumigen Suiten. |

Nous avions reservé une chambre familiale. Celle ci avait été attribuée à quelqu'un d'autre quand nous sommes arrivés!!! L'hotel nous a proposé 2 chambres doubles à la place. pas pratique du tout mais on n'avait pas d'autre choix. |
