the hotel has a central position and is convinient for train travelers the furniture is old and used, horrible beds, never take a room oposit the railway station, its VERY noisy and in summer when its hot and you cant close the window you wont have a good sleep. the wireles internet doesant work what makes the stay more complicated for those who needs to work. the price doesant reflect the comfort. |

I like that the hotel provides free wireless internet and that it is located very near to the central train station and also the city center. I think the pillow and mattress are a bit worn out. |

Location very central. Staff very polite and willing to help. There were too many guests and we could not get a table for breakfast. We did eventually get one but had to wait quite some time. Breakfast was however excellent. |

We loved the buffet breakfast - it was one of the best we have ever had in europe. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was just across the road from the railway station and tram stop. Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us good advice on visiting the christmas markets which we had gone to see. Liked everything - would certainly go back |

I choose the hotel because of the location and rate, and we prefer breakfast as a buffet, which was perfect. The staff were smiling and very serviceminded. Very, very small details. My husband and I love to have tea/coffee maker in the room, and one of our sons love to have more than one pilow. |

Het personeel spreekt zowel Duits alsook goed Engels. Het hotel is 24 uur open. Dicht gelegen bij het station. Gratis internet. Goed ontbijt. |

Sijainti hyvä keskustassa ja rautatieaseman vieressä. Lyhyt kävelymatka keskeisiin kohteisiin. Rauhallinen hotelli. Lähdimme aamulla klo 5.00 hotellista, jolloin saimme eväspussin mukaamme (aamiaistarjoilu alkoi klo 6.30) Taksiasema hotellia vastapäätä, jossa aina takseja. Hotellissa hissi, mutta enisimmäiseen kerrokseen (respaan) pääsee ainostaan jyrkkiä portaita pitkin. Ei täysin savuton hotelli, joten jos on allerginen hotelli ei välttämättä sovi. |
