Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko od centrum. Czyste pokoje z wysokim sufitem. Na uwagę zasługuje dostęp do internetu bez dodatkowych opłat. W wyposażeniu pokoju wszystko jest co powinno być w trzygwiazdkowym hotelu: mydło, ręczniki, suszarka. Szczególnie polecam. Problem z parkingiem.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spotlessly clean and nice and warm given the freezing weather. Beds were not comfortable at all, didnt have a good nights sleep in the 5 we were there. Room was very small and could do with some redecorating.

Nice small tidy Hotel very well located and reasonable priced. Too close to busy street (lot of noise when room window is opened - for cooling down the room).Therefore suggest to fit ac in rooms.

Location is great, stuff is very friendly and helpful. Room was big and clean, big window, comfortable beds, a lot of tv chanels, big bathroom. Good breakfast. Price is very good for this kind of hotel.

Location is excellent (close to Planten and Blomen, St Pauli, it is well connected via public transport to main station. Room was really small. There is an error on hte webpage, it is described as being within 100 m of the main station, but it is 2.6 km away

Location is superb,easy reach of city centre and for nightlife both are 15min and 5min walks respectively.St Pauli U-ground is 2mins walk away(Top end of Reeperbahn) for travel further afield.Taxi from Airport was 23euros.Good size breakfast area and decent timings.No drinks availible in room but can get mini bar style items from reception(so cheaper anyway). Only complaint was room temperture not adjustable,Windows do open but would hate to be there on very hot day.Think this is true of most of Germany,cafes and bars none had air-con.No coffee/tea in rooms,me without a cup of tea after 5mins of getting out of bed is not a good sight.

I really only chose this Hotel because it was at a bargain price when i booked it but i do not think i would stay there again because my room faced the main road(Holstenwall)and because it was Summertime it was naturally very humid and since there was no air-conditioning(at least not in my room,403),the windows had to be left ajar at night.Even with them closed it was still very noisy.I have been visiting Hamburg regularly for 13 years and ordinarily noise issues do not arise so this was a first.Shame because otherwise the Hotel is fine.
