It was very nice hotel and stay. I would recommend to stay there. It was tidy and clean. We have travelled together with my parents. They would have enjoyed their stay more if there were coffee/tea facilities. In one room was a very unpleasant smell, but it could be removed by leaving the window open.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko od centrum. Czyste pokoje z wysokim sufitem. Na uwagę zasługuje dostęp do internetu bez dodatkowych opłat. W wyposażeniu pokoju wszystko jest co powinno być w trzygwiazdkowym hotelu: mydło, ręczniki, suszarka. Szczególnie polecam. Problem z parkingiem.

Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room was spotlessly clean and nice and warm given the freezing weather. Beds were not comfortable at all, didnt have a good nights sleep in the 5 we were there. Room was very small and could do with some redecorating.

Cheap, clean, good location. The mirror pointing to the door. When you enter the room you see yourself going toward you and until you realize is just a mirror is a little scary.

Nice small tidy Hotel very well located and reasonable priced. Too close to busy street (lot of noise when room window is opened - for cooling down the room).Therefore suggest to fit ac in rooms.

Location is superb,easy reach of city centre and for nightlife both are 15min and 5min walks respectively.St Pauli U-ground is 2mins walk away(Top end of Reeperbahn) for travel further afield.Taxi from Airport was 23euros.Good size breakfast area and decent timings.No drinks availible in room but can get mini bar style items from reception(so cheaper anyway). Only complaint was room temperture not adjustable,Windows do open but would hate to be there on very hot day.Think this is true of most of Germany,cafes and bars none had air-con.No coffee/tea in rooms,me without a cup of tea after 5mins of getting out of bed is not a good sight.

I really only chose this Hotel because it was at a bargain price when i booked it but i do not think i would stay there again because my room faced the main road(Holstenwall)and because it was Summertime it was naturally very humid and since there was no air-conditioning(at least not in my room,403),the windows had to be left ajar at night.Even with them closed it was still very noisy.I have been visiting Hamburg regularly for 13 years and ordinarily noise issues do not arise so this was a first.Shame because otherwise the Hotel is fine.

The breakfast was cheap and fine. The room was smelling bad, like damp, it was very cold, the bathroom was tight, the carpet was dirty, they had no lobby where you could wait and no lamps on the ceeling and no minibar in the room. On the evening of our arrival there was a very old and drunk receptionist to welcome us. Everyone could see in your room through the window.
