2 stops from city....can walk in....restaurants & supermarkets near-by....tram stop outside hotel, good wifi.

water pressure in shower ..poor.

they had beer.

I was charge twice and was told it would take a week to get my refund.

Staff was helpful and friendly, cleaning service was regular and had attention to details, location is great, close to center, and just next to tram stop. Breakfast was a good value.

To room had a bad cigarette odor, room doors did not isolate noise very well, internet connection was a hassle.

The location is perfect and the room was very clean.

There is no free parking, so if you are with a car, you have to pay additional fees. One member of the Reception staff was not friendly at all and I did not like his attitude. Finally the beds are too narrow, but at least very comfortable.

Good location close to the center of the city, quiet place, clean room, politeness and courtesy of the stuff.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with a gap of four days in between when we toured Austria. This hotel helped us by readily agreeing to keep our luggage during the interim period at no extra cost. This saved us costs in terms of being able to move around in public transport rather than hiring cabs and avoiding the usage of cloak rooms for storing luggage in the railway stations. We had booked this hotel on the basis of reviews we came across the NET and I realized we did the right thing.

On the first day we got a pretty small room while on the last day we were allotted a much bigger room for the same price. I wish we had been allotted the bigger room even on the first day.

Location is good.

Do not have free internet, however if you pay it works in the room.

Bra läge och den vänliga och hjälpsamma personalen. Liten men fullt tillräcklig och god frukost. Familjärt hotell.

Förfärligt dåliga kuddar eller va man ska kalla dom. Vi hade alla ont i nackarna dagen därpå. Väldigt dålig beslysning i bad-rummet vid handfatet! Utcheckningen tog för lång tid, allt skrevs manuellt. Ska man fortsätta med det måste man förbereda så mycket det går till det är dags för gästens avresa.

Posizione centrale, vicinissimo a stazione metro, staff molto gentile, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

Lo único negativo que puedo decir, es que el hotel necesitaría alguna renovación de su estética.
