This is a small city hotel, very well located for a visit to Aachen. Some staff did not speak English, but all did their best to answer our questions. Free Parking is only available overnight if you can find a space on the street. Otherwise there are comercial lots in the vicinity. The elevator is only available after you drag your bags up a full flight of stairs to the reception. |

The location was quite good, in the city centre When we arrived, there was no room in the hotel. Something went wrong with the reservation. But it was quite ok fixed |

It was very easy to register and get settled in. While not as diverse as larger, more commercial hotels, the breakfast was good and filling. Room was large. No air condition! - while not important during most of the year, we were there during a summer heat wave. Fans would have been a suitable alternative. Our room opened up onto a back street tht was very noisy all night - and witht he wondows open...... sleep was difficult. |

I came very jetlagged, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was really nice, and the hotel overall clean and quiet, just on the other side of the road from the main shopping and sightseeing district. Great choice, and cheap for the price. There was no alarm clock in my room, but I do not really want to complain about that. |

Very near the centre. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were always available and helpful. The room was clean and warm and the beds were comfortable. Obviously, there was no parking, but two car parks were only 200 mertes away. It's not the Hotel's fault, but Aachen is a nightmare to drive around if you dont know it. One-way streets everywhere, and street names are hard to find. Took ages to find the Hotel and get parked. |

Das war das schlechteste Zimmer das ich in den letzten 30 Jahren hatte . Zugang zum Zimmer ist eine Zumutung ! Duschvorhang schlecht ! Kein Heizkörper im Badezimmer ! Badezimmer ohne Ausenfenster und schlechter Entlüftung . Gast muss defekte Heizung melden . Zimmer sehr klein , schräge Wände und eng für 2 Personen . Telefonleitung im Zimmer aber ohne Telefon . 1 Sitzgelegenheit für 2 Personen , ect, ect. |

Personeel was bijzonder attent en vriendelijke. prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is goed. Ligging voor stedentrip is uitstekend. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd. |

Sehr zentrale Lage und doch das Einzelzimmer für einen geringen Preis im Vergleich mit den anderen Hotels in Aachen. Zimmer sind nicht gerade auf dem neuesten Stand und auch nicht modern eingerichtet. Aber für ein oder zwei Nächte reichts! |

De ligging in het centrum van de gezellige winkelstad Aken en het ontbijt zijn de sterke punten van dit hotel. Parkeren is wel goed mogelijk in de direkte omgeving, maar uitsluitend betaald parkeren (15 EURO voor 24 uur) |

Det var väldigt revlig personal och en bra frukost buffet. Ville man shoppas i Aachen så va läget perfekt precis vid gågatan. Avståndet sämde inte till Aachens ridarena som vi hade behov av att vara nära. Det skulle vara 1,6 km men var minst 3. Det var väldigt problematiskt med parkeringar. Personalen rökte i receptionen och våra rum låg precis brevid. Det luktade mycket rök i rummen. Madrasserna var slut i sängarna. På vardagarna serverades frukost från kl.7 och på helgen serverades den från kl. 8 på morgonen. Det gjorde att vi inte hann äta frukost alla dagar eftersom vi var tvungna att ha våra hästar klara tills tävlings klasserna började klockan 8. |

Die LAge des Hotels ist für eine Städtereise optimal. Die Angestellten und der Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Hotelbeschreibung stimmen nicht. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze, die fußläufig innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen wären! |

Die Lage war zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten stadtnah. Zimmer und sonstige Räume: Sauber. Frühstücksbufett war ausreichend "bestückt". Mitarbeiter/In freundlichen und aufmerksam. Beschreibung a. d. Website nicht in Ordnung: Lift erst am 1. Etage. Zuvor musste man schon einige Stufen steigen. Öffentlicher, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe: Sehr große Falschbeschreibung! Vor dem Hotel: Nur mit Parkschein. Hinter dem Hotel: Nur für Hausbewohner! (Habe auf Hinweis der Rezeption, hinter dem Hotel könne ich kostenlos parken, meinen Pkw hinter dem Hotel geparkt. erhielt dann auch prompt eine Verwarnung vom Ordnungsamt der Stadt Aachen.) Parkhaus in der Nähe: Gegen Gebühr. Die Internet-Beschreibung ist so keinesfalls in Ordnung!!! |
