Hotel Reichshof  

Centrally positioned in the city with good access to the Cathedral and Ratshaus and Christmas Market area. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast perfectly adequate. A good central spot for an overnight stay.

The hotel has no parking and parking in the city centre can be difficult and quite pricey with roadside meters charging from 09.00 to 21.00. No doubt the Christmas Market added to the difficulty we experienced. We used a nearby car park at 1.80€ per hour.

a very cold room!!!!! when we entered it we immediately noticed that two windows in the room were left open, it took two days to heat it up. there were no ventilation in the room or bathroom so the humidity level in the night was really high. it is not a comfortable place at all.

Queue for breakfast in the morning as the restaurant is too small for the hotel . Problems checking out as the credit card reader failed and we had to find the cash!

The hotel was in an ideal situation, close to the city centre. parking was a bit of a nightmare though since it was a busy time of year. The hotel was ideal since it was clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast.

Family members who stayed with us did not have any heating in the morning - it was below zero outside. The head to our shower did not attach so we had to hold it.

Great value. Included warm breakfast was great. Friendly staff.

The staff is so well mannered and friendly. Its almost downtown so all the shoppings were so easy to manage.

Had to carry luggage up a long flight of stairs before elevator was available. WiFi was spotty.

The hotel is ok but not for what you pay (but probably the whole area is expensive). More close to an hostel with private room than a modern hotel. The room is quite old and dusty and the toilet is just sufficient. There was neither liquid soap nor soap for shower. No iron. The tv was an old 14'' (probably 20 years old). The Wifi is just in the first floor.

Ideal location on the fringe of the Old Town, pleasant atmosphere, comfortable beds, staff helpful and friendly, excellent breakfast.

Nothing major - TV could have been better positioned in our room. Toilet/shower room a little small. Some street noise at night.

The location meant my needs.

They ve an english speaking receptionist, the was not really friendly at first. But the son came and sorted everything. He even upgraded my room. Also the hot water was not always on. We could not even have I bath, the weather was cold, on my way to the airport didt have my bath.

etwas ungeschickt ist, dass das Waschbecken aus Platzgründen im Zimmer und nicht in dem Raum mit WC und Dusche zusammen ist.

Accueil très bien, gentillesse, contact chaleureux, petit déjeuner très copieux à un prix "normal" 4€. Comparativement aux chaînes qui vendent des petits déjeuners à prix d'or.

Locatie en vriendelijkheid van het personeel was prima. Kamers en badkamers waren wel klein. Om allen te slapen en ontbijten redelijk hotel.
