Location Friendly staff
Pillows were very uncomfortable View of the back of another building
Rustic Clean Lovely staff Low priced Good breakfast
Bathroom facilities need renovation.
location is very good
very small room
wifi just dont work..
Very Central. Good friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Reasonable value for money. Good showers. Warm. Quiet as heavy duty windows are double as well as dual glazed. Have stayed 5 times so the hotel must be OK!
Pillows are too soft/ inadequate filling especially when sitting up in bed and watching TV. Rooms are 'aged' but comfortable.
Clean and comfortable Very close to the train station Polite friendly staff
Noisy Wifi didn't work in rooms
the price was pretty nice, and the location was also good
inside of the room was almost terrible. It was just for staying one night.
Rooms are very old
the location, the atmosphere, the parking
the title says it all ...
Unfortunately anything that might have been good about the hotel was superseded by the absolutely appalling attitude of the receptionist when we were leaving the hotel.
The extremely poor customer service at reception. Rude, arrogant and unapologetic. Strongly recommend the hotel send their reception staff for training. Will not be staying here again.
The Location to the train Station was my Creteria in choosing the hotel as well as Accessibility to Restaurants.
Comfortable room! The staff is very good and they can speak deutsch and english!when You get in the hotel they instantly recognize you and give you your room key!it doesn't look like a 3 stars hotel but like a 4!very near to the stuttgart center!4 minutes of walk!
Close to the station.
Poor bed, soft pillows room too small & cramped
Staff was not very friendly
The location was excellent, close to shops, trains etc. the shower was v powerful with plenty of hot water.
The room was tiny and claustrophobic. She bathroom was well equipped but tiny and when you are two tall people this wasn't a good experience. The bathroom door didn't shut either. There was no bar so this was a downer. As for the staff they were unhelpful condescending and downright rude. Eg we asked where we could avail if food nearby at 12.30am and we were told that it was a good 15 min walk at least - this was not the case we discovered nx day and as we had just arrived we asked then for a delivery service - this was reluctantly done by the receptionist as we didn't speak German - she wasn't at all helpful. We really would not stay here again if We could avoid it!
Location was good for getting round the city by foot and public transport being right on the door step.
Rooms got a bit stuffy but when you opened the window it would be very noisey. WIFI didn't quite stretch to the room we were in but wasn't really an issue as you could access it in the reception area.
Rooms tiny and dated Double bed fixed to wall and should only be offered as a single room. Front desk staff very rude. No bar or lounge area downstairs. Bathroom very small, door wouldn't open fully because toilet. Small worn towels in bathroom.
Private room was comfortable.
Bathroom had very poor lighting.
- clean room
- Staff not customer focused - small rooms in corridor shape - building under construction in front of the hotel
