Score from 909 reviews Very good
Close to the station.
Poor bed, soft pillows room too small & cramped
Staff was not very friendly
The location was excellent, close to shops, trains etc. the shower was v powerful with plenty of hot water.
The room was tiny and claustrophobic. She bathroom was well equipped but tiny and when you are two tall people this wasn't a good experience. The bathroom door didn't shut either. There was no bar so this was a downer. As for the staff they were unhelpful condescending and downright rude. Eg we asked where we could avail if food nearby at 12.30am and we were told that it was a good 15 min walk at least - this was not the case we discovered nx day and as we had just arrived we asked then for a delivery service - this was reluctantly done by the receptionist as we didn't speak German - she wasn't at all helpful. We really would not stay here again if We could avoid it!
Location was good for getting round the city by foot and public transport being right on the door step.
Rooms got a bit stuffy but when you opened the window it would be very noisey. WIFI didn't quite stretch to the room we were in but wasn't really an issue as you could access it in the reception area.
Rooms tiny and dated Double bed fixed to wall and should only be offered as a single room. Front desk staff very rude. No bar or lounge area downstairs. Bathroom very small, door wouldn't open fully because toilet. Small worn towels in bathroom.
Private room was comfortable.
Bathroom had very poor lighting.
- clean room
- Staff not customer focused - small rooms in corridor shape - building under construction in front of the hotel
Very Central and good parking
Very small, uneven and uncomfortable bed, bathroom very ordinary

The tiny rooms
Good for transit or short stay - only to get a good rest and shower. A couple of minutes away from main train station, just at the city center.
SO Close to main station, shopping street, restaurants and sightseeing bus tour. Awesome wi-fi
Old fashioned! Bathroom smelt very bad - some sort of cleaning agent. No aircon and very loud traffic with open window.
Unfriendly and incompetent staff. Too expensive for a hotel/room with zero comfort. Small rooms, only vending machines on the ground floor. One tiny elevator with a heavy door right in front of the front desk. I stay in hotels very often all over Europe and I don't give bad reviews for no reason. But I would not stay in this hotel again.
Staff is good. Location is good.
There is no kettle. Safe box not work. No mini bar in the room.
Don't stay here until 2016 when the huge building works in the area are finished
Very friendly efficient and helpful staff. They could not be faulted. Value for money. Cleanliness. Good breakfast also value for money
The vending machine had run out of wine and wqas not replenished so we couldnt relax over a wine in the lounge when we wanted to. Very minor issue!
I liked the location - it made it very handy for travelling around different parts of Germany.
The pillows ate very big but really flat and the room could get very warm at night if the window wasn't open.
Only the location is nearby.
I requested 2 single beds but when I came to the hotel they gave me queen bed and told me that booking didn't send my request.. And I have to pay 15 euro per night to get what I requested already.. On the next day another receptionist said queen bed means no separate beds so once you preserved queen bed no changes. I told him I sent clear request for 2 single beds but at the end no action. The bad issue that was no response from booking. Com as I sent my complaint and they didn't bother to answer.
location was perfect
really close to main station and travel attraction.
one day after i have a reservation, i saw lower price
Location of hotel
We have stayed twice before and have been satisfied with this hotel. In April this year (2014) I booked a "Queen" room for 4 nights in Sept 2014. The room we were given appeared to be a single room into which an under-sized double bed had been squeezed so that it a wall along the head and one side. This meant one of us had to crawl to bottom of the bed to get out. It was impossible to sleep without a wall or a light switch. The small armchair was soiled and so small it was useless, so we put it on the landing to give us more space, but the room was still cramped, despite the hotel claiming a minimum of 12 sq.m. We left a day early and were told we would be credited with the cost of one night, but on getting home we find this did not happen. We visit Stuttgart every year and will continue to do so but we will never stay here again.
location is excellent.
some of the rooms have odd design features, like reading light in the wrong place...bed heads too low...bizarre system of opening windows. Breakfast was a bit expensive.
Walking distance from the Station Bathroom very clean
Quite old fashion,
