Very friendly and efficient staff at reception. Good breakfast included. No proper shampoo - just one all purpose soap dispenser. |

Great location, staff friendly, room comfortable. No cooling in the room so did get warm (a fan could be requested). Room has 2 sets of doubled glazed windows which do work to keep out the noise but noisy when both opened, due to the traffic outside. Shower was at a wierd angle and the bath was small not giving much room but ok. |

Staff were great, breakfast was good Hotel is on a busy intersection, although closing the double windows shielded traffic noise; on a hot night this was dificult. The Hotel does not have AC |

A non-smoking room was very important for me and this wish was taken into account. I am very pleased. The room was a good size for a single room and I liked the odd shape of it. The hotel staff was very friendly. Well, the clock in the lobby bar could kling the hours, not just tick, but that is only a minor thing. ;> The room was a bit too warm for me as I had been sleeping for a month in a quite cool environment. Also, a minor thing. |

hotel is clean,well decorated,if a little dated.excellent central position opposite the main station and underground .good breakfast..unusually mini bar no more expensive than small bar downstairs..some members of staff v helpful. some staff rude& un helpfull |

Friendly staff in reception. Calm leisurely breakfast in an uncrowded breakfast room - but I was there around New Year, and so there were not many guests anyway, I think. |

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wunderbar. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hinterhof und deshalb konnte man gut auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Zimmer und WC mit Dusche waren sauber, aber klein. Reichte aber vollkommen für eine Übernachtung aus. Die Shopping Meilen und der Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Mobiliar im Zimmer schien einwenig alt und abgenutzt. Eine richtige Hotelbar für einen Schlummerdrunk fehlt leider. |

Für Zugreisende ist die Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof und damit im Stadtzentrum ideal. Dieser Vorteil schlägt natürlich auch auf den Übernachtungspreis durch, der meines Ermessens etwas zu hoch ist. Indessen gibt es in puncto Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter und Sauberkeit der völlig zufriedenstellend ausgestatteten Zimmer nichts zu bemängeln. |

Sauber; ordentlich; Citynähe und direkt ggü. dem Bahnhof mit S-/U-Bahn; gute Schallisolierung; Mitarbeiter absolut aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich; überdurchschnittliches Frühstück; offenes Fenster problematisch wg. Verkehrslärm; Duschvorhänge sind mir ein Graus; Duschkopf auf 405 muss getauscht werden; die Beschreibung "Cafe-/Barangebot" fällt etwas zu großzügig aus; |

受付の女性がとても感じが良く、親切でした。朝食は小ぢんまりした感じですが、種類は多く、果物は食べやす- くスライスしてあり、普段は食べない自分もたくさんいただきました。客室には冷蔵庫、大きめの机、広い荷物- 棚、浴槽など大抵の設備が揃っており、大変満足しました。 唯一、バスタオルが臭ったことだけが気になりました。リネン類の洗濯だけ改善して下さい。 |
