La vicinanza al centro della citta' ed ai mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Buono il trattamento riservato ai clienti. Molto buona la colazione. Da migliorare il servizio internet: dalle camere e' a pagamento, e' gratuito da una postazione comune, pero' una mattina l'abbiamo trovata non attiva. |

La posizione é fantastica, tranquilla ma nello stesso tempo molto vicina alla zona pedonale. Lo staff é molto gentile ed efficiente. |

la posizione centrale e la colazione dover lasciare in hotel la chiave della macchina parcheggiata regolarmente in garage e per essere un 4 stelle in camera c'era un ventilatore (quindi niente clima) e gli asciugamani tutti sfilacciati |

I found it was very easy to get to the station, which was why I booked there. We did not stay long enough to appreciate all the features of the hotel.What we experienced was fine. Although I managed to get a park for our hire-car, they could not promise me a place when I rang from Australia. The elevator was adequate for only two people plus luggage. |

The room was excellent, the breakfast was wonderful. The shutter in the room didn't work, there was no airconditioning and it was a hot room. It was also very noisy because of the cafe on the oppiosite side of the street. The hotel wasn't full so I don't know why we were put in this room. |

This hotel is perfect for a short stop-over. We only stayed the one night as we wanted to go Mercedes Benz factory (Go there - it is amazing!). The hotel had pleasant staff, with a nice breakfast room, free internet and a spacious guest room. |

The staff and breakfast were excellent and the closeness to the bahnhoff suited our needs perfectly We were using the room as a twin and moved the beds apart, underneath the beds had not been vacuum cleaned and was covered in dust |
