Leonardo Hotel München City Center

- siisteys, erinomainen aamiainen. Olimme varanneet savuttoman huoneen mutta ensin saimme savullisen ensimmäiseksi yöksi. Vaihto savuttomaan tapahtui vaivattomasti seuraavana aamuna.

Sijainti on erinomainen. Sänky on mukava ja ikkunat eristivät melun hyvin.

Hotelli pitäisi saada kuntoon, pala suihkuseinää puuttui. Yleisellä tasolla hotellin rakennustyöt olivat vielä viimeistelyvaiheessa. Hinta laatusuhde oli kuitenkin hyvä. Aamiainen oli kallis eur 15.

The cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom. Requests submitted through booking.com have been fulfilled. The front desk was so kind to let us have an early check-in since 8 am coz we arrived so early from the airport.

The breakfast is a bit too expensive, so we did not have it at the hotel. We went to the Hauptbanhof for breakfast instead, but it's OK since it was a 3 min walk from the hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean. Reasonably close to train station. Nicely equipped bathroom.

I stayed on first floor, it was quite noisy as the window was not double-glazed.

The location is perfect. A short walk to the train station and plenty of places to eat. The room was comfortable and the staff helpful. I would stay there again.

Clean, comfortable room, right in the heart of city. Easily walked to many tourist sites. Very friendly staff.

There was construction across the street, but not too bad with the windows closed. No fault of the hotel staff.

Location (not the best neighbourhood, but just opposite of the central train station and metro line, very close to the city center), great decoration and smell of the interior of the hotel.

A member of the staff in the front desk was very rude and ironic... Fortunately she was the only one!

Yes ! We paid 15 euros more , because a man in the reception ,told us that ..... we wached ... tv !!!! inceadable ! We did n't ! it was just open , showing the a picture , and just tryed to close it , in order to ..sleep.We told it , but he insisted , and as we had not at all time , we paid the 15 E. At first, I m'just telling you we did'nt !!!!!!! and at second ,nobady had informed us for this...

I liked that it was in center ( the only thing).

Yes, alot things!My room was very little ;the room service was very bad.Not cleaning at all!just the garbage.They never ever cleaned the sink during that time.I couldnt sleep there, too much noise, and besides that i always told them not to come and clean my room earlier then 2 pm, but they still did.They woke me up every day at 9 am.They didnt even knock on the door!Shame on them!

Friendly and helpfull staff. We had a small room but it was very clean and modern, nicely designed bathroom.
