The desk staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was much too small; smallest and most confining I've ever been in. We were very disappointed in the experience.
Room clean. Great staff. Not the best part of town but ok
Breakfast. Not used to continental breakfast so can't really complain.
The location near the station was perfect and the hotel was suprisingly quiet. The rooms were immaculately clean. Very friendly staff.
The only lift was broken for many hours one day. There were long queues at the reception on occasion. One morning the breakfast situation got completely out of hand: no eggs, cheese, orange juice, butter for a while and no coffee for half an hour, quite unacceptable.
Close to train
Area around train station
Location clean rooms modern
bit expensive - but munich hotels are...
Close to station and easy walk to city center.
Breakfast could have been better.
The only things I liked were the location and the room.
The night I arrived I had the news that there were no more rooms available. They sent me choose between two other hotels in the chain. Leonardo chose the Residenz which was about 5 miles away. I had to take the subway at night to arrive at Marienplatz. As a kind of bonus they gave us breakfast and parking. But Leonardo Residency instead of daily leave for 89 euros with the Booking was they charged me 119 euros. And the difference value between daily of the two hotels was 40 euros. Interestingly, in the Booking site and the hotel site reported that the day I arrived there were rooms available. The attendant came to me absurd to say that it just happened. As I made the reservation more than 90 days should at least have informed me they had no room for change hotel without thinking. I sent an email to the city of Munich and the Hotel making the same complaint but had not yet answer is not know if I have. When I do my checkout still charged me more expensive than the Booking the daily rate. Not to stress over paid me, if it were in Brazil sue the Hotel. Not recommend to anyone to use this hotel chain, was the worst experience I had today traveling or in the interior of Brazil it happened to me.
Proximity to train station
Lift was not working
Early check in
The room and bathroom very clean, modern design bathroom with ammenities
The room quite small with our big luggage the room became cramp
We requested 2x twin rooms and were given 2x double bed rooms with 2x duvets provided to make a twin bed
Reception Staff ( Night Shift )
Very good location; Fair hotel; fair room; reasonable value; Good breakfast; Staff in the dining room were good.
Poor customer relations on the part of the staff at the desk
clean and comfortable..very close to the train station, very nice staff
paying for internet, rooms are small and noise is a reality based on location
There should be wi fi facility included in price
Very close to the center
Location - if you want to stay near the station it's perfect. Comfortable room
Pay for wifi, which was quite expensive. Opposite an extremely busy youth hostel with many people always hanging out the front. Had to ask every morning for a refill of green tea and sugar, after housekeeping had cleaned the room. Would think after asking once they would remember to refill, but they never did.
The location near the main train station and only a couple of blocks from the beginning of the pedestrian zone of the old city were great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Although a charge for WiFi was stated on the confirmation, the hotel did not charge for it.
Because of the expense of the breakfast we ate in nearby cafes (Coffee Fellows). The one small elevator often made it quicker to just use the stairs, especially going down. I was awakened about 6 AM Fri. & Sat because of construction in the inner courtyard. Fortunately, on Sun all was quiet. I suspect that a room on the street side would potentially be noisy because there are 2 youth hostels just across the street.
Excellent location , Staff, Breakfast Buffet .
Late response of the elevators :-( . Which is abnormal and I highly advice to improve it . Thank you .
Rooms are very small Breakfast very poor Very hard noise because of construction all arround the hotel
Handy for trains. Breakfast was excellent Great shower
Not many restaurants close by although the Italian on the same street was really good.
Well appointed room Reasonably good location with a good Italain resturant on the corner Close to train stain for arrival and departure
Room layout bathroom small and badly located right next to the bed Area around the station not the best
Nothing, there are much better hotels close by at the same price !
Location is poor and prepare to use the stairs as there is only one lift and it is very slow ! The room was small and very basic and the construction works behind the hotel start very early.
Location was awesome.
Bathroom was very near to the bed.
rooms are too small
