Location for downtown sightseeing was great, nice breakfast layout
Lack of parking, very small room, expensive for value
It was clean, breakfast acceptable. Nothing else was good.
My husband and me were squeezed in a room that reminded more of a prison cell than a double room. Our request for a larger room was answered with unfriendly 'no'. And we booked it more than one month in advance!
I thought this hotel was good value for money. Staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Handy to subways and other transportation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Not a thing
Staff very helpful, hotel location is perfect.
should include the internet with room rate. Also the internet is very slow
Breakfast was good and the receptionist nice and available
The fact you have to pay for wifi connection is unacceptable. Plus, there is only one busy elevator in the whole building.
brackfast and the location
We requested on reception for a room to give us temporary where we can take shower and ready for our meeting but they charged us 50euro more for there suit which was worse than their normal rooms.
Nice friendly staff, great location. It does have a hostel facing it but young people visiting this are as nice as pie don't let this put you off. The whole hotel is light modern and airey and our twin room was fine. Secure on site parking was excellent as we were on motorcycles. Overall a great place to stay.
Bugger to find on the sat-nav
location internet are ok
check in time are at 15:00...so late
staff (Jana) was absolutely brilliant upon arrival (raining). Nothing was too hard for the staff to deal with. Location between town centre and train station was perfect as well.
The hotel wasn't anything special. The staff was really nice when we arrived, but that was about all. The bed was ok, it was a clean, and the location was decent. It was good for us because we were arriving and leaving by train, so convenient to that, and only about 10 minute walk from the city center.
The internet was expensive, and when you bought it you could only keep one device on at the time. So every time I needed to check my email my boyfriend had to get off and vice versa. This is terrible for a hotel these days and with the internet service available at other hotels. It also did not have a business center. We had to do a little bit of work while we were in Munich, which was impossible given the lousy internet and no business center. We had to seek out a place that had fairly good internet to get things done. Also, they didn't change our coffee cups when they cleaned the room.
Everything, especially the staff
Front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean and tidy.
There should not be an extra charge for Internet these days. People expect that wi-fi is included with the hotel rates.
Location and was just fine for me.
Didn't refill tea and coffee each day. Had to ask.
Central Location. Friendly staff. Clean Hotel. Good Breakfast
Paying for Wi-Fi! No welcome pack or advice on what to do or see.
very clean and nice room cute bedlamp convenient luggage room wonderful hot water near to Hbf and Marienplatz(city center and shopping center)
near to red-ligt district
The hotel was just a Kilometer from Marienplatz - not a bad walk, despite the construction in the area. ... Train station isn't the nicest area for sure, but very easy to get from place to place and seemed safe. Also on a side street, so not bad. Hauptbanhof was just a couple of steps away. Staff was extremely friendly and room was modern and clean, with comfortable bed and amenities. Everything worked! Great value for Munich!
The area was not pretty, but to be expected. Bathroom wasn't perfectly clean. Room was a tad smaller than pictured. No English stations on the television.
Toothbrush and hair brush, also develop the breakfast menu
Engineering work next the building. Small rooms. Very slow single lift. Expensive.
comfort close to train station
not a very nice street very noisy long wait as one staff for desk and bar area 15min from proper city centre
comfort easy commute as near train station
only one channel in english one staff for check in desk and bar so long wait area with 3 hostels, casinos and gold cash shops but nothing interesting around
Location, clean, friendly atmosphere, value for money
Parking was a problem (and therefore costly)
bathroom was clean
room was incredibly tiny
very poor wi fi
