I stayed at the Seta Hotel on my way to Bavaria. An excellent hotel, with a superb restaurant. The car park is about 100 metres over a bridge, and is public and costs 8 euros. The slight inconvenience is offset by the fact it is covered, and appears to have an attendant on duty 24 hours. The staff were extremely helpful, and they had several members who could speak adequate English. A very easy hotel to find, even without Sat Nav, as it is the road directly opposite the railway station.

De rust,de computer,verwarmde slaapkamer,televisie,en de rustgevende cafe met mooi zitje voor te kaarten. Wij misten smorgens bij het ontbijt warme gerechten.

Keurige ontvangst. Rekening gehouden met de tevoren gevraagde rustige kamer. Kregen een standaard plus kamer met extra ruimte! Geen bad aanwezig. Geen nederlands tv programma op de kabel.

Das Bad war sehr sauber, auf Wünsche wurde eingegangen Unsere Zimmer lagen gegenüber dem Eingangsbereich eine Etage tiefer. Erreichbar nur über einen Aufzug. Obwohl die Rettungswege gegeben waren, hätte ich mir eine Verbindungstreppe gewünscht.

Onderstaand zijn geen klachten, maar verbeterpunten. De inhoud van het koelkastje en de wijn die erop stond beter controleren op THT datum. Wijn uit 2007, -flesje met een schroefdop notabene-, had allang vervangen kunnen worden door een schroefdopflesje uit 2010. Waarom regelt Seta met het Parkhaus aan de overkant, geen speciaal klantvriendelijk parkeertarief? Wij waren voor 2 nachtjes parkeren totaal € 24,- kwijt.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und schön. Die Lage an der Ahr ist ideal für Spaziergänge und Radfahren. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption kannte ein bekanntes Restaurant(Idylle) nicht und war auch nicht in der Lage ,einen Hinweis zu geben,wie und in welchem Zeitraum man am besten hinkommt.

Hotel hat nicht ganz die Kriterien eines 4 Sterne-Hotels erfüllt. Zimmer: Betten zu schmal, Bad viel zu eng, Safe fehlte. Frühstück: zu wenig Auswahl, kein Hinweis, dass man sich Spiegeleier mit Speck oder Rühreier bestellen kann; Eierbecher angeschlagen, Stühle fleckig.

Umfangreiches frühstück. Wir hatten ein standard-zimmer gebucht. Wir haben dann am abend festgestellt das dieses zimmer nur 90 cm betten beinhaltete. Wir hatten uns nicht vostellen können, das es sowas in einem 4 sterne- hotel und einer entsprechenden preislage heute noch gibt. Es wäre ein großer vorteil, wenn dieser aspeckt bei der buchung deutlich hervorgehoben würde. Zur ehrenrettung des hotels muß ich sagen, das uns für die zweite nacht ein hochwerteriges zimmer zum gleichen preis überlassen wurde, da aus unserer buchungsbestätigung der mangel nicht hervorging.
