Sheraton München Arabellapark Hotel  

Mielettömän hyvä hotelli. Viihtyisä huone, hyvä aamiainen (club launge), siisti allas-alue.

Hotelli oli hyvä ja Club-huoneeseen kuuluivat aamiainen, välipalat ja lämmin ruoka illalla. Metro oli vain 200 metriä hotellista.

The area is ok.

The concierges were not very nice. the house keeping ladies are not clean at all. The rooms are very very small. They told us we have to pay extra money to change to bigger rooms because it is not big enough for us but they were extra small i don't know how come ? We are 2 adults with 3 children in 2 rooms. No connected rooms and our rooms are not even close to each other although they were in the same floor.

Nice hotel especialy if you book club room which is on the top floor.Some things like breakfast were less than expected but overall we were satisfied.Great view,new furniture in the room and the staff very helpful.

Location.Beautiful area with green parks but a little off the center.Metro is near but runs slowly.

There was a really friendly atmosphere in the hotel, the staff were pleasant and friendly despite our poor ability to speak German. The hotel was contemporary and had great facilities for a really competitive price. We had our christmas dinner in the Sixty Six grill, they put on a great meal and we had a memorable day. Overall the standards were very high.

Very little to complain about, the only thing was the double bed was composed of two single beds fastened together.

The swimmingpool is really nice and highly recommendable for family with small children.

We arrived by car, so we parked the car in front of the hotel to unpack. Within two minutes an employee of thr hotel came to us and told us that we can not park the car in front of the hotel. This was the first contact between physical contact between the hotel and the customers (us). A hotel is in the hospitality business and should therefore charish its customers. As you can imagine the first contact does not match any form of hospitality and could therefore harm your business.

The hotel was next to the u bahn station, so in 10 minutes you were at the city centre. The room was very new, clean and confortable with great view. The hotel stuff were very polite and friendly. My room was ready by 10 o clock in the morning!!! The price was very good too. . I will stay at the hotel again.

The disadvantages were that the breakfast was expensive and that it didn't have free wireless internet connection, but there was an area at the reception were you could you the internet and the printer for free

Excellent, spacious Designer rooms, perfect for business traveller working in room.

Location: Pretty sour surroundings. Top-Hotel with poor coffee maker/in-room coffee quality. Internet at 19 €/d inacceptably expensive.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Sheraton Arabellapark's great quality in every category. We were greeted by a very friendly, welcoming, helpful reception staff. Other hotel staff was also very helpful and friendly. Our room was beautifully appointed. The bed was super comfortable! Bathroom was very nice with supplied toiletries. Breakfast was superb! Convenient to the u line for getting around the city. We used the convenient internet in the spacious lobby with ease. One of the friendliest hotels we stayed in while on our trip through several countries in Europe. We highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Everything was perfect

Some extra charges at the end, that we never did.. But guy in reception helped us clear the extras.Also take care using the utp cable in the room.. You'll be charged without realising how and when :d

Loud, no reception, no free parking, no wifi, very expensive internet!
