Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Stadtlage mit Nähe zum Bahnhof. Veranstaltungsort war direkt angrenzend. Kompetenz der Rezeption bei Frage über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Haltestellen, obwohl, wie sich später zeigte, eine solche direkt gegenüber dem Hotel lag. |

Die perfekte Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sehr zuvorkommend. DasFrühstück ließ absolut keinen Wünsche offen. Einfach großartig. Die zentrale Lage des Hoels. Nachts waren ständig Geräusche von irgendwelchen Maschinen zu hören. Weiß aber nicht woher diese kamen. Für etwas "stämmigere" Menschen wie mich ware die Matratzen etwas zu weich. |

Uns hat gefallen, dass der Zimmerservice als auch die Bedienungen/Koch im Restaurant sehr nett, freundlich und unkompliziert und zuvorkommend waren. Allerdings; zunächst war die Buchung nicht korrekt berücksichtigt, ok, das ist menschlich. Der persönliche Empfang beim Einchecken als auch beim Auschecken könnte etwas freundlicher, einfühlsamer sein - vor allem, wenn alles im Vorfeld geplant war. Obwohl, Suite/Zweibettzi. gab es nur einen Bademantel + 1 Paar Hausschuhe -ist das so gewollt? |

hotel centrico llegue a las 12 de la noche y habia overbooking no me querian dar la habitacion tuve que montar una fuerte discusion y despues de media hora de discusion insultos y muy mala educacion gracias a la intervencion del director me dieron una habitacion |
