acceuil, accès, parking et metro a 100 mètre - c'est la 5ème année que je reserve au Shératon Essen (1 fois par ans lors du marché de Noel qui se trouve a 5-10 min à pied) ! Comme de nombreux hôtel de luxe en allemagne, aucuns effort n'est fait pour que le personnel parlent un mot de Français !!! c'est inadmissible pour un hotel de standing (internationnal ?????) pourtant le Fançais est une langue au programme scolaire... et 3/4 du personnel sont des jeunes-gens, dont est de la mauvaise volonté de parler française ou est ce du "je m'en foutisme" ?? |

Een thuis gevoel, niet zo'n "afstandelijk hotel" gevoel wat je vaker hebt. De gong van de lift, veel te luid, ik had oordopen mee, maar had anders geen oog dichtgedaan, ik slaap namelijk licht. |

nahe am Stadtkern, sehr freundlich, Parkhaus ans Hotel angegliedert das Hotel besitzt keine eigenen Parkplätze, was während einer Messe in Essen evt. zum Nachteil werden könnte |

Die Mitarbeiter in der Rezeption sind ausgenommen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksbuffet: es müsste schneller Frisches ( z.B. Käse, Wurst ) nachgelegt werden. Die Brötchen waren eine mittlere Katastrophe.Das Vollkornbrot wellte sich an den Seiten.Egal ob 10 oder 50 Gäste frühstücken, es muß alles frisch sein. |

Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Stadtlage mit Nähe zum Bahnhof. Veranstaltungsort war direkt angrenzend. Kompetenz der Rezeption bei Frage über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Haltestellen, obwohl, wie sich später zeigte, eine solche direkt gegenüber dem Hotel lag. |

Die perfekte Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sehr zuvorkommend. DasFrühstück ließ absolut keinen Wünsche offen. Einfach großartig. Die zentrale Lage des Hoels. Nachts waren ständig Geräusche von irgendwelchen Maschinen zu hören. Weiß aber nicht woher diese kamen. Für etwas "stämmigere" Menschen wie mich ware die Matratzen etwas zu weich. |
