Well-designed rooms, fantastic spa, excellent breakfast (try to find a rate that includes it in the price), friendly service-oriented staff, great location (5 mins from Hamburg shopping) Our room looked out on a construction site; 'square' toilet seats, lathough innovative design, are a bit strange; |

This is an ultra trendy hotel with lovely touches, nice facilities and an excellent restaurant. The breakfast was delicious with an excellent selection and the possibility of a very late breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. A very nice selection of wine at dinner. The staff were not very pleasant at check it, they didn't make me feel welcome or tell me anything about the hotel. The check out staff and the restaurant staff were much better. Some of the bar drinks were very expensive and not very good quality. Gym facilities were small and very crowded. |
