Lack of tea/coffee in room -at that price smacks of penny pinching. Sometimes form eclipsed function eg basin plug and taps looked wonderful but not easy to use

It looks cool and modern.

Room was too hot to sleep at night. It was cold outside, so the hotel was being heated, but they over did it and the thermostat did almost nothing to change that.

we got a breakfast at 1:30 pm because of the festive day. This was an absolutely pleasant surprise.

A minor detail, a better selection of coffee and more milk needs to be provided.

I was in room 1002 - I thought it was well designed. Great WiFi system I lived there for 3 weeks and I thought the staff were amazing.

Very nice hotel in a very good location. Shopping is at walking distance and so is the Alstar and Reperbahn. The room was quite spacious but the bathroom is unfortunately too small. We had dinner in the restaurant "(m)eatery" once. It was busy and service very slow but the steak was very nice and juicy. The older male waiter should try to be less of a funny guy and perhaps be more attentive and hard working. The bartender Max was very helpful and hospitable.

The price is a bit too high !

Great location close to the centre of Hamburg. The room was comfortable and the hotel has a strong design ethic to it.

The shower was complicated and water leaked onto the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room had some stains on it.

Great hotel, bar lively in evening and superb restaurant and bar food. Staff very helpful and superbly located.

Not a dislike more a recommendation.....Room would benefit from a few comfort elements, tea and coffee facilities for early morning cuppa and shampoo, body wash and moisturiser sparse given that many travellers probably travel with minimal liquids especially if overseas visitors like us.

stylish, modern, clean, great beds, strong shower and hip bathroom, big rooms with all luxury. Loved the Nespresso machine

What spectacular design!! The side hotel is absolutely stunning and so many things to look at. The beauty spa inside was lovely and also surprisingly affordable The pool/spa/sauna was also wonderful. Breakfast was plentiful and a wide variety of things to choose from. The bath was the biggest tub I have ever been in :)

The hotel is not equipped with air conditioning, and has something called 'climatronic', this does not work, and therefore if you are somebody that actually wants to keep the room temperature below 20, well unless its winter, you are out of luck. Of course you could always open the windows, but thats only if you don't mind being woken at the small hours by street workers, revellers, deliveries etc!

Design of the room was great, and the nespresso machine in room was very much appreciated.

I liked the helpfulness and friendliness of staff. The hotel was stylish and well appointed.

I liked everything. I was sorry that I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant.
