Good size room, quiet location but area not too good. Basic continental Breakfast from 6.15 till 10.30, Free parking possible nearby.

Slightly over enthusiastic staff. Smell of smoke on the stair case, someone else complaint of smell of smoke in the bedroom.

In checking-in time I couldn't check in, cause there was no staff there. I had to call... I couldn't pay with credit card (booking.com writes it is possible) The beds are uncomfortable. The breakfast is small and very basic (not buffet). Many public places are not wi-fi (not just the room) Value for money rate is very bad.

This is small hotel away from the city center, yet, within a walking distance from it. It took me a 30 minute walk to the Osnabrueck University. They give you the key from the front door, so that you can come to the hotel any time.

The maitre d'hotel does not speak English, and it was really heard to communicate with him. The breakfast is continental. The room overlooked somebody else's yard. And you could hear other guests in their bathrooms.

The room costs the money. Clearly. Friendly personnel. Quite comfortable room.

There is no opportunity to pay a credit card. Absence of the bill of cash register, only listing with a stamp and the signature. I t is possible to consider that the breakfast isn't present if to stop more than for couple of days: poorly and monotonously.

The manager was very pleasant and the breakfast was very good.

The bed was very hard. The quilts were thin and lumpy. The toilet was very smelly at all times. There was no hanging rail in the wardrobe. Had to ask for a hairdryer. Shower had no hook, had to be held.

The nice and familiar athmosphere. It really is worth the price;))

-- Owner seems to be having fun by behaving rather sarcastic towards his clients: hospitality is not really in his dictionary; asked when exactly I would take breakfast, when I would leave the room, etc.... -- Basic breakfast, bad coffee -- 1 star old fashioned German hotel -- No one can pay with a credit card; the equipment was 'out of order' but many reviewers report the same problem each time.... the owner just wants cash-flow, no Visa payments :-(

Credit card machine according to the manager was not working. I had to pay cash and got no receipt.

It was just a clean bed and bathroom for a 1 night stay, at our travel to the south of europe

Saubere Zimmer und ruhige Lage

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels. Düsterer Treppenaufgang. Entfernung zur Innenstadt nicht ca 10 Minuten, sondern eher 20 Minuten.

Sehr gute Lage, nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum, das leicht und schnell auch zu Fuss zu erreichen war. Auto konnte fuer 2 Tage stehenbleiben. Beim Fruehstueck sehr gute, 'persönliche' Bedienung zum Tisch, mit ausfuehrlicher Anweisung, was/wie gemacht wird. Interessant

Via Booking.com hatten wir die Info bekommen, Check-in soll zwischen 12 und 18 Uhr im Hotel erfolgen. Erst um 17 Uhr wurde die Rezeption geöffnet - und wir waren da bereits um 13 Uhr, hatten also 4 Std. warten muessen. Gott sei Dank, da gab's einen Penny-Markt in der Nähe!

Beim eintreffen in der Gaststätte kam ich mir schon etwas deplaciert vor.Nach bestellund eines Bieres ( nur Flasche € 3,00 ) wurde ich über den Hof ins Zimmer geleitet.Das Zimmer erinnerte mich an meinen ersten Besuch in der DDR (Rostock 1990) Beschädigungen,gesprungender Spiegel und Schimmel an der Wand. Als ich Sonntagmorgen 7:30 h zum Frühstück wollte war das ganze Haus abgeschlossen incl.Frühstücksraum,auch nach sämtliche Klingel versuchen keine Resonanz.Nach mehren telefon. Versuchen hatte ich jemanden an der Strippe, der mir erklärte das erst ab 8:00 h jemand im Haus ist. Da ich meine Tochter um 8:15 am Bahnhof abholen mußte habe ich den Schlüssel im Hotel hinterlegt und erwarte jetzt die Hotelrechnung abzügl.ent- gangenes Frühstück. Dieses Hotel nieeeee wieder.

Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Fußwege zu Geldautomaten notwendig. Angabe fehlte in der Hotelbeschreibung

Freundliches Personal, fürs eigene Bedarf war in eine gute Lage, preisgünstig, kostenlose Parkplätze auf der Strasse vorm Hotel.

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück, welches im Übernachtungspreis inbegriffen ist, ist von bester Qualität und schmackhaft sowie ausgewogen.

Das Fernsehgerät ist etwas zu klein geraten. Das Frühstücksei war hart gekocht. Man kann aber mit leben und würde in meiner Bewertung nicht negativ auffallen. ( Ist mehr als Anregung gedacht! )

Kamers waren schoon en ontbijt goed verzorgd.

Bij aankomst om 14:00 was er niemand, moesten een telefoonnummer bellen dat op de deur stond om in het hotel te kunnen. Alles is erg gedateerd maar wel schoon.
