Room was pretty ok. Make sure to book the slightly more expensive rooms as these are in the new part of the hotel! Italian restaurant right next to the hotel was very good ... Located in the middle of nowhere

Quiet, new wing is very smart and nicely finished, good transport links, friendly and helpful staff It would be helpful to advise that the restaurants (which the advertising implies are part of the hotel's facilities) are not the same company so you can't charge meals to your room.

This was our second stay at this hotel which I think speaks for itself. Its location is good for visiting Duisburg and Dusseldorf having the U Bahn close by. Despite being close to a main road, the hotel was quiet. We were in the old part which is a bit tired but comfortable. Staff are friendly and efficient and the breakfast fayre is fresh with an option of scrambled egg and bacon.

The location was just right for visiting friends in Duisburg. The room was comfortable. The breakfast was usual continental fayre with the addition of scrambled egg and bacon if required, cooked to order. The staff were attentive and being partially sighted helped with choice of food. There is a good restaurant next door to the hotel, a small bar within the hotel. There is a small range of local shops close by, as is the u Bahn connection to Duisburg and Dusseldorf. Very convenient. My only criticism would be that there was no panic button or pull cord in the room or bathroom. I am elderly and did have occasion to need assistance but was unable to get to the phone on one occasion and unable to see the buttons on another. Fortunately, friends were in attendance to me each day from 9am. Possibly the option of a plug in system similar to child monitoring alerts could be offered to elderly customers.

This hotel is situated close to the u Bahn allowing frequent connections to Duisburg and Dusseldorf. The hotel is standard comfort level - no frills. The staff are very helpful and smiles all round. A pleasant stay and recommended as an alternative to the city centre hotels.

Staff were good. Breakfast started at 5am Only one lift which was very old and slow. My room 402 could not open window due to very bad smell outside day and night

Das Frühstück war gut! Das Zimmer war geräumig! Der Service rundum i. O.! Das gequicksche des Liftes, raubt einem den Schlaf! Hinweis als Raucher oder Nichtraucher fehlt im Internet!

hotel heeft nieuw gedeelte. kamers daar zijn van moderner gehalte dan " oude" gedeelte. De zgn. Superior kamers. Prima. qua sterren: oude kamers 3 sterren nivo, nieuwe kamers 3 sterren plus nivo. Ontbijt goed, voldoende maar eenvoudig ten aanzien van presentatie. nee, verblijf daar regelmatig dus weet wat ik kan verwachten. Op zich prima voor korter verblijf. Ook bedden zijn prima.

Die Lage zum Stahlwerk, das frühe Frühstück und die Parkmöglichkeiten. Ich hatte erst ein Raucherzimmer. Dieses Zimmer ist auch von seinem Zustand sehr schlecht gewesen. Nach dem Besuch der Rezeption sofort ein anderes bekommen.

デュイスブルグとデュッセルドルフの真ん中より、デュイスブルグよりにあるホテル。古いが、それなりに快適- に過ごせる。１Fにあるイタリアン・レストランの食事は、結構美味しい。隣接するパブも、なかなかいい感じ- 。滞在中、朝食を取りにブレクファーストルームに入っていくと、２、３０人の警察官がいて、びっくり。研修- か何かの目的でステイしていたようだが、警察官の定宿になっているとは、とても安心。隣にはスーパーも隣接- する。市街地までは少しあるが、街の中心地までのアクセスの良さを求めなければ、料金もリーズナブルだし、- 駅の目の前にあるため、とても良い。

Lage in der Nähe meines Geschäftstermins. Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonals beim Frühstück. Es wurde von mir 5 Tage vor meinem Besuch ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, erhalten habe ich ein Raucherzimmer. Trotz Nachfrage am 9.11.11 war kein Raucherzimmer verfügbar. (Angeblich ausgebucht) Ein Gast, welcher häufiger in diesem Hotel übernachtet (in der Sauna getroffen), hat erst einen Tag vorher gebucht und ein Nichtraucherzimmer erhalten. Er hat nach seiner Aussage leider kein Zimmer im Neubau bekommen. Darüber war ich gar nicht informiert. So gewinnt man keine weiteren "Stammgäste".

Ernaast zit een eetcafe met een duidelijke Duitse kaart,super !!!.Openbaar vervoer voor de deur.Ruime kamer. Ouderwetse kleine lift en een barmet teveel opstapjes.

Die Buchhung über Internet war sehr gut und schnell, auch die Stornomöglichkeit, da das Bahnticket noch nicht gebucht war (ICE voll?) Das unkomplizierte beim Anruf auf Verspätung. Der Check in und out, hohe Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter. Frühstück etc. war gut und voll ausreichend. Bei Bedarf (Sportschule Wedau) komme ich gerne wieder. Bitte senden Sie mir aber keine weiteren Mails.

Es war ruhig obwohl wir doch in einer Großstadt waren. Das Frühstücksbuffett war nicht zu überladen, da immer wieder frisches nachgelegt wurde. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Gezellig mooi hotel. Men houdt geen rekening met eventuele promoties of kortingen die toegestaan worden als men gereserveerd heeft via booking.com. Daarom was het verblijf 15 euro/nacht duurder dan wat normaal zou aangerekend worden. Zij waren niet bereid om deze korting alsnog in rekening te brengen vermits, zoals gezegd werd, gereserveerd werd via booking.com

hey,ik heb het meest genoten van de luxueuze kamers en het zeer vriendelijke, aangename hotelpersoneel..!! misschien een tip voor in de toekomst , meer handdoeken op de kamers leggen alsook washandjes, en misschien de tv uit de bar halen, het creëerde een asociale sfeer vond ik..!!
