Sixties Young Apartments

I had selected the place for its price and that was a OK. The place was decently located - not ideal but not too bad either. And it had a some basic facilities such as coffee maker etc. - although I did not use most of these. WiFi was good.

I had booked a double room as I was travelling with my wife - but instead what I got was a twin room with separated beds - on asking Ewa (the owner) about this, I got a shrug over the phone that said that this was the best they had as they did not have nay double room at all. The heater in my room did not work. I requested Ewa several times to have it fixed or at least give me some blankets. Ewa assured me everyday that it would be fixed however, that did not happen during my 5 nights' stay and spent every night shivering in cold. I agree I wanted a cheep room - but not one in which I would die of cold. There was no key / lock etc. to enter the main building - so i felt a bit less secure. Anyone could just walk in and reach my room if they wanted to. Not the best of thought in your mind when the neighborhood is a bit deserted to begin with in any case.

We've stayed in thesse apartements three times. More or less good location, directr bus line to Tegel airport, two U-bahn lines 900 meter away. Budget variant.

The district is not the best from the point of security. Free parking is OK, but never use good cars. Last two days stay finished with two broken glasses in my multivan with the price 1050 EUR. ore then enough to stay in Crown Plaza hotel.

Cheap, Clean, Warm. There are big supermarket not far from the hotel, metro station U-Ocloer Str. and bus 128 stop to airport Tegel.

Lack of soundproof!!! Very, very, very noisy. No Wi-Fi network.

It is close from Osloer Straße Metro Station.

The room is very small, without a little table or chairs in it. Although on the site is passed as the endowments and microwave I did not had this facility.The kitchenette is not equipped properly. Located in a very unpleasant location.

The location of the hotel is rather convenient (15 min by foot from Osloerstrasse metro station, with a large "Kaufland" supermarket on the way to the metro), the facilities are acceptable (an electric plate, a large bed, a wardrobe, two chairs, and a fridge in the living/sleeping room; a separate restroom with a douche). For this price (we paid 45 euro per night for a double room) it is an excellent choice if you plan to stay in Berlin as a tourist for a short period.

The room is small, but nevertheless it might be a good idea to get a little table in it. Without any table, it is rather inconvenient to stay there. The key/password for the WiFi connection was not transmitted to me by the person who transmitted the keys of the room (but we stayed for only 3 nights and managed without the Internet).

Simple room, good price.Being close to U-Bahn station/Bus routes/Trams the appartments are ideal for taking advantage of the excellent public transport.

Found the building easily enough but the rooms are on the ground floor of a regular housing block with no signs/info to confirm you are at the right place !...Not a major problem as we'd arranged arrival time in advance and not too long after we got there the person showed up. Unable to log on to use the advertised free Wi-Fi....

Very clean apartment, small but confortable. Good position, in a very quiet district.

There was no WiFi, absolutley no welcome: there was only one "staff" person that doesn't speak english, who simply asked for "cash".

I don't like it at all.

It is unbelievable that no one is in the reception. We waited for two hours and made so many calls. First he owner of the appartment refused to answer, then the call went through but she refused us to check in just a little time earlier despite the fact that we told her we were so tired after the long trip. There is no wifi though the website said wifi is included. We don't like the owner who just cared about money and not nice at all. So never choose this hotel otherwise u will regret 100%.

Perfect for car traveler! Nerby two metro lines which directly goes to east and west Berlin.Also plenty free parking places.Apartment have all necessary equipement.Wery polite menager/owner Ms Ewa Michnik.

Just two towels for two people for four days.Also,some noisy people around,specialy in backstreet garden.

Nice clean rooms. For that price it is a good deal.

We had to wait to get in. Small comunication problems - not reacheble mobile phone. Wifi connection was anavailable

к апартаментам из тегеля идёт автобус 128 - это его конечная остановка Ослоер-штрассе, затем пройти минут 15. Есть чайник, сковорода, кастрюлька и ложки-вилки-стаканы. Нормально течёт горячая вода, в номере тепло, после 23-х часов соблюдают тишину. У нас из окна, на противоположной стене было классное граффити (окно было во дворик)

Personale praticamente assente. Appartamentino piu che sporco e sprovvisto di posate,bicchieri,piatti...per finire per avere un minuscolo pentolino e una minuscola padellina li abbiamo dovuti chiedere...assente anche secchio per spazzatura...vergognosi

Die Gestaltung des zimmers ist richtig gemütlich.

Die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktionierte nicht und der Empfang ist auch sehr schlecht.

Соотношение цены и качества.

Очень хорошая слышимость из коридора, а так как соседи попались шумноватые, не всегда было спокойно.

J'ai aimé la cordialité, de la femme qui m'attendait, le confort de la chambre, le wifi que functionnait tres bien !

c'était un peu loin du centre de Berlin

La localización era buena, muy cerca de una boca de metro

La chica que nos atendió (cierto es, fuera de hora. Aunque no tiene excusa, porque estaba avisada de que llegaríamos más tarde) fue increiblemente maleducada y nada más darnos la llave y enseñarnos las instalaciones lo más rápido que pudo, se fue maldiciendo, dejándonos allí con nuestras dudas sobre dónde encontrar un supermercado al día siguiente, porqué una de las camas no tenía sábanas y cuál era la contraseña para acceder a internet. La habitación estaba aceptable tirando para regular: instalaciones desconcertantes (la mesa y sillas eran las típicas de terraza de bar, y el grifo del baño tenía el tapón roto y se atascaba con facilidad, por ejemplo) y la limpieza tampoco es que fuera para morirse (pelos y olores raritos entre las sábanas) No lo recominedo, hay otras opciones también baratas e infinitamente mejores para una estancia en Berlín.

a 800 metres du metro et du tram... en 10 min on est au centre ville appartement bien equipe! vraiment bonne situation pour un petit week end!

proprete neant, pas nettoyer a notre arrive bruit( comme si le voisin etait dans notre chambre) aucune indication, aucun personnel pour nous renseigner, la seul personne qu'on a vu parlait que allemand. on devait arriver a 22h, nous sommes arriver avec 7 min de retard et nous a fait payer 30 euro de plus

Falta de limpieza, falta de toallas y de utencillos en la cocina.

Jó elhelyezkedés, felszereltség. Tulajdonképpen ez egy garzon lakásnak felel meg. Van akinek ez tetszik.

Nincs asztal és szék a szobában. Személyzet egyáltalán nincs, érkezéskor kulcsot kapsz, és többet nem látod a kapcsolattartót

L'appartamento è pulito, il parquet è nuovo, come anche l'arredamento. La possibilità di cucinare e mangiare nell'appartamento fa la differenza, rispetto le altre strutture alberghiere. La possibilità di avere l'accesso all'internet (gratuito) ci è stato di grande aiuto. Mi ha colpito la simpatia e disponibilità del personale.

Удобно добираться до аэропорта, рядом есть супермаркет Kaufland

Неприятный запах сырости(от ванной комнаты), неудобно добираться до метро и вообще сложно найти дом , отсутствие стола для приема пищи.

Das Bett war halbwegs bequem und die Dusche hatte einen schön konstanten Wasserstrahl.

Hotelmitarbeiter sprachen kein Deutsch und drückten einem stattdessen nur ein Handy in die Hand, um mit der Chefin zu sprechen. Bezahlt werden sollte gleich in bar, eine Rechnung oder Beleg gab es aber nicht. Das Zimmer war ein etwa 10 qm großer Verschlag mit äußerst mangelhafter Sauberkeit. Der (winzige) Fernseher funktionierte nicht, ebenso wenig wie das W-Lan. Nach jedem Duschen stand das Bad unter Wasser, so dass man auch bei einer bloßen Benutzung der Toilette durch Pfutzen laufen musste. Es gab zwar Handtücher, aber weder Seife, Shampoo noch Fön. Alles in allem ein ziemlicher Reinfall.
