We only stayed one night. We felt immedeatly welcome. We had a rather big choice for the breakfast. We would chose it again. |

Optimale Erreichbarkeit von Bahnhof und Kölnarena, Sauberkeit und persönliche Note des Hauses, vor allem auch der Bar. Persönliche kleine Gesten wie Welcome Drink etc. vermitteln ein Rundum-Wohlfühlpaket! Die Zimmer haben durch die aufgestellten Frischhaltespender einen muffigen Geruch. Der Aufzug sollte auch nachts funktionieren (oder Gehbehinderte im Vorfeld darüber informiert werden). Duschvorhänge sind wirklich nicht der Hit! |

Bereitgestelltes Mineralwasser, sehr aufmerksamer Barkeeper, Nichtraucherzimmer oben im 5. Stock, ruhig. Enger Einstieg in die Dusche, da eine seitliche Schiebetür nicht ging, aber ich kam zurecht. |

El Sr que nos atendió a la llegada el día 28 de agosto por la tarde- noche y que fue muy simpático y agradable.La situación está bien. Alguna señorita de recepción que no era lo que se dice amable.La habitación es antigua. Entra muchísima luz. Las cortinas son antigua.El aseo es un apaño de colores. No tienes donde poder colgar unos calcetines si los lavas Colocar un colgador aunque sea pequeño.La mayor parte del los hoteles lo tienen.La cisterna hace mucho ruido. Debes bajar un piso para ir a tu habitación.Necesita reforma. |
