Very good and cosy hotel on a good location Breakfast was excellent

We were missing extra blankets in the bedroom and in the breakfast room was it fresh

Ideally placed for the railway and city centre. Only 15mins from airport. 2-5Min walk from station to hotel. Friendly staff.

The bar is excellent, breakfast too. Everything else is ok - good value for your money.

The staff was very very kind, giving instructive information about how to walk around the city. The location is excellent, just a 10-15-minute walk to get to the Köln Dom and just across the street to the station. A very convinient train leaves frequently to Koln-Bonn airport, just taking 15 minutes to get there.

Stuff was very nice and helpful. We had a balcony to the room, which was nice, although we couldn't really enjoy it, since there was only one chair in the (doubble)room. The inner city is quite close, just across the river, and a train station is just across the street. Perfect for a city trip, and good value for the money.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes, except for the room, which smelled like granny's old flat. Elevator did not work at night. Watch out for the tap in the shower, it gets really hot. I burned myself when accidentally touching it.

I felt like at home.The staff is very friendly and the room is very clean! The location is very suitable as it is very near from the Fair as well as from the train station.

Very convenient. One of main train station just across the street, food and merc street just 2 minutes walk to the back. The place is better than I thought.

İlk sabah tatmin edici bir kahvaltı yapmamıza rağmen i̇kinci sabah saat 09:50 de indiğimiz kahvaltı büfesinde yiyeceklerin yarıdan fazlası toplanmıştı. Normal şartlarda otel saat 10:00'a kadar tüm yiyecekleri tam ve düzgün şekilde açık büfede tutmak zorundadır.

Freundliche Bedienung, sehr gute Verkehrsgünstige Lage, früher Check-in möglich (10.00h Vormittags).

Die Einrichtung der noch nicht renovierten Zimmer ist ehrer eine Zeitreise in die frühen 80er. Vor allem das Bad war (grundsätzlich sauber), aber im Abfluss der Dusche fehlte der Stoppel und der deutliche Geruch im Bad nach Abfluss lud nicht zum längern Verweilen ein. Für eine Nacht i.O. aber für längere Aufenthalte wären diese Zimmer nicht zu empfehlen.

Very quite, cozy atmosphere and nice staff. Clean rooms with cute design.

As in most european hotels wifi is 3 euro per hr. And u need to buy cards to get an access. Breakfast was all the same all the day, but 10 euro price is too expensive for it, you can get cheaper stuff in the nearest places.

Très bon accueil, le personnel prend le temps de se faire comprendre en anglais ou allemand, très souriant. Suite à une grève de Thalys, j'ai dû écourter mon séjour, l'hôtel m'a remboursé ma dernière nuit sans même que je ne le demande. A 15 min de la cathédrale, au calme de l'autre côté du Rhin, emplacement très bon.
