breakfast was excellent. It was a bit noisy with traffic from the main road plus no air con. Toilet didn't flush. |

The staff was nice, rooms with a mini kitchnette, simple decoration... good value for money. Just one minor drawback: the carpet in one of the corridors was too worn-out. |

The room was better than expected. I got a 4th floor split-level corner room with a kitchen. The regular night receptionist was very kind and helpful. There is no nearby place to park except the hotel and there is no nearby place to eat breakfast, so add 18 Euros to the nightly room charge. The cancellation policy is rigid. Despite inclement driving weather from France, I could not make it the first night and had to pay 80% of the first night's charge despite having called early in the day to let them know I wouldn't arrive. |

When we arrived at the hotel. The room is very dirty. It is not clean at all. Even if, shortly, we changed the room. But, this makes uncomfortable. |

Zimmer war schön und sauber und trotz der Lage an der Straße zur Innenstadt sehr ruhig. Nächste U-Bahn (über Deutz zum Neumarkt) ca. 300 m, S-Bahn (2 Stationen zum Dom/Bahnhof) 500 m; zu Fuß: 30-35 Min. zur Altstadt. |

Die schnelle Abwicklung beim Check-In und Check-Out, die zwar einfache aber nette Atmosphäre des Hotels und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das richtige Hotel für junge und jung gebliebene Leute! Die Parkmöglichkeiten und dass das Badezimmer etwas sauberer hätte sein können. Ansonsten alles prima! |
