Entertainment in the evening. Restaurant atmosphere good and food good and I fussy.

The lighting in our bedroom, and even in Soho House, was unnecessarily dim. I could hardly read in my own bedroom. I feel that some of the decor needs rethinking, especially in the bathroom which need updating. Also, the dimmer switches in our bedroom needed a Mensa rating person to understand it.

I loved our room, the decor and the friendly staff. The Cowshed spa was a treat, the food good and everyone of the staff made an effort to make one feel at home.

The only thing I didn't like was the lighting in the rooms and the noise from the street if you opened the window.

We were generously given an upgrade on arrival and the room was superb. Attention to detail throughout the hotel was excellent. An edgy, urban stylish feel with nothing pretentious about it or it's staff. Everyone was warm and genuine and very helpful.

Everything- staff were relaxed yet attentive. Decor was gorgeous,warm & comfy. Beautiful furniture. Food & drink perfect. Great attention to detail: - Perfect tea bags -silver tea service -proper milk & free water - massive bed -Klassick on the radio -great shower We also got a free upgrade to a middle sized room- it was fabulous. Hard to leave the hotel! We would definitely stay at any Soho House again.

Everything; I am an experienced traveller. I stay in 4 and 5 star hotels regularly. I am quite demanding about customer service and hotels especially. Soho House Hotel Berlin gets everything right. I don't say this lightly but I think it's the best place I have ever stayed. I cannot fault it, it was fab. The staff were a breath of fresh air, the hotel was wicked cool, the amenities were outstanding--loving the big bottles of Cowshed everything in the rooms, steamshower, the wifi was strong and free! and even the people who stayed there were nice and unpretentious - how they managed that I don't know?! Maybe it's their friendly, unpretentious attitude rubbing off on the clientele . Can’t wait to go back and I have already booked our return stay.

I loved the furniture! Especially the chandeliers and sofas in the bar upstairs, I really really loved the bar. I love the blend of scruffy utilitarian and utter plump velvety luxury. Nice staff. Great chips. Felt very comfortable and at home there. The cleaners gave us extra brownies when we asked. I LOVED the shower, loved the design and feel of my room and loved the Cow Shed products. Loved the biscuits and the fact you have a cafetiere with proper coffee (unusual), the radio, the bed, all the little touches. Effortlessly, confidently stylish and comfortable without feeling contrived or aspirational.

We found a dirty sock (not ours..!) under the bed, the cleaner didn't replace our tea cups and it took over an hour to get new ones. The main thing I didn't like were the light switches. They look good but are a pain in the ar*se to operate, plus they don't go nearly bright enough (or there are not enough spots in the ceiling) to find things in the evening. Ambient yes, practical, no. The mirror lights are great though. No hanging space (didn't bother me, but bothered the husband). I have, despite all this, reccomended SHB to several people, (non SH members) and I think they will defininitely stay with you. Norman Cook (AKA Fatboy Slim) and his tour manager Alan Carr reccommended it to us

Most staff were fantastic - especially in the bar and restaurant very friendly. The majority of the reception staff were very helpful. One girl was lovely and made us feel very welcome, however one girl on reception was extremely rude

We loved the Shower...And the rest of the room was fab too..
