Where do you start? Great hotel, really helpful staff bend over backwards for you, good sized room, minibar included, breakfast included. A really nice touch was the tv remote placed on top of the tv guide with the page open on relevant date (even though it's all in German). The restaurant, although offering only a limited menu, was immaculate. The food was exceptional and the dessert was an art-form, it seemed a shame to eat it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I'd definitely stay again. The only bad point is the bathroom with a shower attachment rather than a purpose built shower.

Very friendly staff and the location was good. It was nice to have a small patio and to be able to sit outside. Shower curtains in the bathroom are not very nice. Also there was a problem to get a drink late evening in the hotel.

The staff were very attentive and were all dressed smartly and this gave a good impression. 1st impressions are the most important ones , and in this case , there was a good first impression. I think you need to have tea/coffee making facilities in each room , but everything else was perfect.

Wir bestellten abends durch den Zimmerservice noch 1 Fl. Prosecco und erhielten stattdessen 1 Fl. Rheingau-Sekt mit 10 Euro Aufpreis zum Prosecco. Wir bemerkten den Fehler erst nach Öffnung der Flasche.

Modernes, frisches Haus mit allem, was man braucht (wenn man die richtigen Zimmer hat) Wenn wir die bestellten EZ bezogen hätten, hätten wir wahrscheinlich kein Auge zu gemacht. Selbst die Zimmer mit Fenster zur Seite sind wg. der Hauptstraße zu laut. Von der Geräuschkulisse her sind nur die Zimmer nach hinten zumutbar (Dauergeräusch BAB ist kein Problem). Würde die Zimmer nach hinten raus wieder nehmen, aber keinesfalls in Ihrem Gästehaus.

Frühstücksbuffet perfekt. Viele Parkplätze. Gartentisch und -stühle außerhalb Zimmer 14 EG. Gardine und kleiner Tisch im Zimmer 14 könnten besser sein.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist nicht besonders schön, an der Hauptstraße. Durch die gute Isolierung des Hauses merkt man dies nicht.

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal.Stadtnah,trotzdem sehr ruhig.Erstklassige Ausstattung.Das Restaurant ist ein Erlebnis für Feinschmecker. Es gibt nichts,was uns nicht gefallen hat.
