The bed was to soft, bad for your back

The central location between the lake and the railway station. Friendly staff.

The Wi-Fi is a bit dodgy.

Really good!

We just stay one night for transfer to Munich from Swiss. It is easy to find the hotel, for there is a restaurant on the ground floor and very busy during dinner. The room is ok but have several windows (room with balcony) and we feel comfortable with that. The breakfast is good. There are enough parking slots for free.

The staff is too busy to serve us during dinner, and the breakfast should begin @ 8am but little bit later. The price is high according to the location.

If only there was a tea/coffee facility in room. Would pay extra.

Good central location.

Poor customer service - nobody on Reception when we arrived , it took 10 minutes for a member of staff to come and help us and then we were unable to make ourselves understood. Very surprised that a tourist hotel in a tourist area does not have any staff with even a smattering of English. We decided to cut short our stay and leave a day early but we still had to pay for the night we didn't stay. The staff attitude let down this hotel which could be so much better with some customer service training.

The location is great, with walking distance to the lake. Easy for parking. The bathroom is spacious.

One staff for breakfast cannot speak English. The room is somewhat small. There is no Wifi signal in our room so we had to serf the internet at the reception.

The staff we freindly and the food was good.

The price we ended up paying was 90 Euros more than te price shown on our confirmation. I showed the confirmation to the ( I presume ) owner who would not accept my confirmation under any circumstances and insisted I pay the price that she had on booking that I had made earlier and subsequentley cancelled. I have a confirmation from booking.com of the cancellation. To make matters worse I was told that the credit card machine was not working and that I would have to pay in cash. This I reluctantley did but I am convinced this was a ploy to prevent me from cancelling the payment if I had used my card. Is there anything you can do to help me in this matter?

excellent location,on site free parking,pleasant staff on check in. good breakfast although staff a little curt.

although our experience was good, when we checked out an older lady staff member was dealing with an arriving guest and spoke to them in an appallingly rude manner. we felt quite sorry for their experience.

The location is excellent with a good breakfast.

Rooms are adequate but thst is the best you can say for them. We stayed in a superior room that had plenty of space but it was still hard to justify the price - except for the fact that it is right in the middle of Titisee.

Good central location, clean and spacious room. Basic adequate food.

Decor was a little tired and old fashioned. This was the 3rd hotel of our stay all of a similar standard and price, not as good value for money as the others. We had difficulty checking out I don't think the receptionist knew how to process credit cards and she tried 3 times with 3 different cards, they all declined, she then asked us to go to the cash point and withdraw the cash! After asking her to try again, she did something different and thankfully it worked.

Excellent Location

Staff not very friendly,you were not made feel welcome. There was no lift in the hotel and we had to drag heavy cases to the second floor. What amazed me about this hotel there were no fire exits,or any fire notices on how to escape.The were no fire doors on corridors, or on the rooms.I Would love to know how this Hotel is not required to have the same fire regulations that all others have,there were 3 fire extinguishers one for each floor.

die Ausstattung der Zimmer war nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Bett wackelte Zi 31 und die Brause der Dusche war nicht stark genug. Frühstücksangebot war ok- Kaffee war nicht besonders

L'accueil chaleureux, convivial et famillal. Le petit déjeuner copieux, et le restaurant dans l'hôtel ainsi qu'un bar est un atout avec une bonne cuisine et un service de qualité soucieux de savoir si tout se déroule bien. La chambre est spacieuse, bien éclairée. L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas du lac et au centre des magasins et silencieux.

המלון ממוקם מעולה, יש חניה

לנו במלון לילה אחד. המלון רועש (הן מבפנים והן מבחוץ). המיטה היתה קטנה ולא נוחה, מזרן ישן בלא קפיצים... במהלך השהות נגנב לנו המחשב הנייד מהחדר. בקיצור הזהרו !!
