Although the hotel was basic, everything was very clean. We did not have breakfast but all of our friends said there was a very good selection of food. Although there was a no smoking sign on our bedroom door, there was a smell of smoke in the room. |

Die Lage des Hotels, einschliesslich der Naehe zu Berlin, ist sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross. 1) Das Hotelpersonal hat nicht gewusst, ob Gespraeche ins Ausland vom Zimmer aus moeglich sind und - wie in einem ausgelegten Blatt angegeben - kostenlos sind. Sie waren moeglich und wurden nicht berechnet!!! 2) Die Dusche ist eine Katastrophe und nur mit 2 Haenden kann man nicht vernuenftig duschen. 3) Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer und im Bad war mangelhaft - zu dunkel. 4) Auf dem Teppichboden im Zimmer war ein alter und grosser Schmutzfleck (ca. 1 m2). 5) Die Hinweisschilder zum Zimmer 217 fehlten teilweise. |

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer gut eingerichtet und das angebotene Frühstück erstaunlich umfangreich. Der Weg zum Bahnhof zum Zug nach Berlin war kurz. |
