All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Quite nice simple room which could easily be much better with some finishing touches. Room had a bit of a smokey smell. I didn't try the bar or breakfast but it looked quite nice. |

The room & bathroom were very clean and quiet. The bed was most comfortable, the shower hot, the room size just fine. The staff was extremely nice and breakfast was phenomenal. When I travel I'm looking for cleanliness, safety, quiet, a private bathroom, and a tv. My room had them all. I don't need bells & whistles like some so didn't miss a mini-bar or the latest in bathroom design. It was clean and functional. (Did I mention breakfast? Don't miss it!) |

The room was really simple but clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a smell in the room that smells like a subway and when we arrived, although we had book for two people, the room was only set for one. All in all it those things are very minor and it is a good little hotel. |

There is a very high step between the reception desk and the elevator /lift. It was no problem when going to the elevator, but going back down to the desk I forgot about it and landed hard on my feet. There was no great injury although my knee did hurt for a few hours afterward. |

The room was clean, uncluttered, small but not cramped, and was close to an interesting shopping district. Would definitelystay there again. You need to sort out the pricing issue. Price for second night was almost double that advertised. |

The reception staff were really helpful and their English was superb. Clean and comfortable. Easy to get to centre of town and cafes quite close. On a busy road, but not too noisy. |

Small hotel with excellent staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable modern bar (excellent German beer ! ) and comfortable rooms. Close to public transport. Perfect for a city break. Plenty of small shops and restaurants nearby. Front facing rooms a bit noisy, but that is part of being in a city. Get out and enjoy the city, relax with a beer in the evening. You'll sleep like a log and get up to a good breakfast in the morning. |

The breakfast was very nice, the staff was generally very friendly.The room was of a good size. The walls were far from soundproof. The heater in the bathroom didn't work and the cleaning staff obviously took some shortcuts when it came to corners, dusting, trims, etc. |

Sophien Hotel Frankfurt oli pieni ja mukava hotelli lähellä metroasemaa. Ruokakauppoja ja kioskeja sijaitsi myös lähettyvillä ja yöaikaan tuntui olevan rauhallista. Hinta oli mielestäni enemmän kuin tämän kokoisessa kahden hengen huoneessa olisi tarve. |

Das Hotel ist sehr günstig, man kann in der Straße kostenlos parken.Ich würde das Hotel für den reinen Zweck "ich brauche ein Bett in FFM" weiter empfehlen, aber nicht, wenn man schön wohnen möchte und auf Flair wert legt. Für meinen Zweck hat es also gepasst. 1.) Ich finde, dass der Tarif für den Hund mit 8,00 Euro völlig aus dem Rahmen fällt (Verhältnis Zimmerpreise Mensch-Hund steht einem 4 Sterne Hotel zu).Er wurde leider nicht im Vorfeld kommuniziert, obwohl bei der bookings-Buchung diesen im Vorfeld angefragt.2.) Man gab mir zuerst ein Raucherzimmer und es roch auch total verräuchert, obwohl ich Nichtraucher angegeben habe. Ich hatte den Eindruck, als gäbe man mir wegen des Hundes (ein zwergpudel) automatisch das "letzte" Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage erhielt ich alledings ein Zimmer, welches in Ordnung war, vielen Dank. |
