We liked the position on the river, and the fact that it is in easy walking distance of the S-bahn, and therefore the centre and outlying districts of Berlin. The breakfast was excellent - it would be difficult to think of something that wasn't provided. The staff were very helpful, particularly on our last morning when we left our luggage until it was time for us to catch our train. |

Everyone was very helpful. I had a very comfortable, spacious, and clean room for an incredible price. I also loved their gym. It is on the top floor and has an amazing view of the whole city. I was very impressed with hotel. |

The rooms over the river have a wonderful view and sunny aspect. breakfast good. The superior rooms overlooking the rive have no bath. this is bad for a superior room |

Location on the river was beautiful. Staff were helpful and flexible. Breafast is way too expensive. You can get a nice breakfast about a block away on the river for half of the price. |

Compared to the six hotels we stayed at on this trip, this hotel had the best breakfast. The rooms were of a good size and nicely furnished. The hotel needs to become more competitive with other hotels and not charge for the use of the lobby computer. |

its not so hard to find since its all the way following down the riverbank seems more of 3 star than a 4 star for the interior and food is expendsive |

Close to public transport, situated in a nice area next to the water. Paid more for a superior single room with nice view at the waterside but got a dark room at water level, which had only 2 very small windows. So certainly not worth the extra money. A friend who took a standard room without view at the water, got a much nicer and bigger room for less money. |

Easy to get to tourist places. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. The room size was big than other european city hotels. A minor rant, double bed is actually 2 single beds put togather. Needs something to stop the matress from moving. |

Quiet. More or less in the middle of Berlin, good connections to public travel (U-Bahn). Nice restaurant around the corner. The airco need to be maintained, made some extra noise. Parking is expensive (Eur 17 per day) |

Great location, close to S-Bahn station. Weekend rate was very reasonable. Room was very quiet and clean. Bar and restaurant were overpriced. |

Great view to the Spree river and very relaxing location, friendly staff, proximity to the S-bahn (Bellevue), U-station (about 5 min walk) and city center, delectable breakfast open until 11a.m., nice restaurant, cleanliness of the room and spacious room (prefer a superior waterside room). Everything was fine, but It would have been perfect with a swimming pool. |
