Exceptionally helpful staff and exceptionally clean everywhere. There is no lift although as there is only three floors this is no problem unless you have difficulty with stairs.

I felt good in the hotel room, bed was very comfortable and there was enough space for everything. The building was always warm. the reception was very small, the facade is old and the hotel is kind of hidden on a small street.

המלון אחד הגרואים ששהיתי אי פעם, לא מומלץ לחלוטיןץ אני נאלצתי להזמין שם חדר עקב ביטול מפתיעה של בית מלון אחר. שילתי מחיר מופקע של 1400 יורו ל4 לילות. המחיר מקסימלי ביום רגיל לא יותר מ 40 יורו גג. לא מומלץ כלל.

Vriendelijk personeel, schoon, goed ontbijt. Redelijk ver van centrum maar met een groepskaart voor het OV voor 15 euro per dag heel goed te doen. Openbaar vervoer goed aan te lopen vanaf hotel Matras was erg dun en niet goed meer. Kamers zijn helaas erg gehorig (gipswandje). Tweede nacht werden we wakker van de buren die we letterlijk konden verstaan. Na een aantal uur wakker te hebben gelegen van het daaropvolgend gesnurk (alsof de buurman op onze kamer lag) zijn we gaan vragen om een andere kamer. Personeel heeft ons toen heel vriendelijk geholpen en andere kamer was geen probleem.

Удобное близкое расположение к центру города в нешумном районе. Несмотря на ранний заезд, нас без проблем заселили, не взяв при этом ни копейки. Хозяйка отеля прекрасно говорит по английски, ответила на все наши вопросы. Взяли завтрак и не прогадали - он отличный! за 7,5 евро с носа можно поесть на целый день вперед. Очень холодно было в ванной комнате. Батарей там нет, дубак дикий. Горячей воды в кране не было, однако была в душевой кабине.

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Zimmer sind o.k. sauber und ruhig. Frühstück war sehr gut. kein Lift.

清潔 Internetが頻繁にダウンする。 チェックアウト時間内のチェックアウトであっても朝食時とかぶると逆ギレされる。 朝ごはんが別途有料にも関わらず、朝食をとっていなくてもカウントされ別途請求される。

I very much liked the key system which enabled us to arrive at any time we liked. The room was comfortable and clean and we had access to the internet. There was not very much parking space, but htat is a problem with many city hotels.

Small and nice hotel. Perfect just to sleep because of the price. During a fair you dont need anything else. Clean rooms - nice staff - good breakfast
