It was a nice looking hotel and the position towards the center of the (old)city of Passau was very good. The breakfast was good, but the breakfastroom was to small. |

The hotel is easy to find, it's in a good position within the city. The room was clean, the breakfast was perfect. The stuff was kind and really helpful. And this is a pet-friendly place! |

Bereakfast buffet was very good. Needing to go to the third floor to get a room with two beds. Hard for one of us who is 87 years old. But there were no other rooms for us on lower floors. |

Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Die Zimmerdecke grau - nicht mehr weiss, wie sie wohl am Anfang mal ausgesehen hatte. Die Wände fleckig. Das Mobiliar verschrammt. |

Ho apprezzato soprattutto la vicinanza al centro cittadino, raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti, e la colazione varia e abbondante (il buffet di cibi salati offriva salmone affumicato e prosciutto crudo di ottima qualità) Un giorno l'addetta alle pulizie è venuta a sistemare la camera alle 15.30. Comunque si è scusata educatamente. |

La disponibilità dello staff, la colazione ricca e varia, l'atmosfera familiare ed accogliente. Odore da chiuso nelle camere, mancanza dell'ascensore e la difficoltà nel raggiungerlo (a causa della viabilità di Passau). |

le camere sono accoglienti e vi è la possibilità di colazionare in giardino, inoltre molto vicino al centro se proprio si vuole essere pignoli, forse gli orari della colazione (fino alle 9.30) sono un' po' restrittivi. |

Das Frühstücksbüffet war wirklich sehr gut. Es war reichlich Obst. Aufschnitt,Käse, verschiedenen Brot u. Brötchensorten und sogar Sekt vorhanden. Super. Möglichkeit der Internetnutzung. Mangelnde Sauberkeit, unqualifiziertes Personal, schlechte Parkmöglichkeit f. große PKW, Garage kostet sogar was! Alte, muffige, Einrichtung. Möbel sehr alt. Im Hotel ist alles sehr dunkel. Terrasse unsauber, Bäume/Sträucher ungepflegt. |
