Eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo Posizionato a 10 min a piedi dal centro. Eccellente il buffet prima colazione Garage non molto agevole (posti auto sovrapposti con elevatore)

The overall impression was of a well run hotel. Our bedroom and bathroom were extremely clean, the breakfast room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Perhaps if I was allowed a little moan, I am a short woman and found the plates, bowls and the brown bread roll basket a little out of my reach. But it is a very small moan and my husband was with me to reach them down for me, and it's difficult, in retrospect, to see where else they could be stored, perhaps by the fruit juices. Cherry Tugby

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak German, and I needed my daughter to translate for me. I was glad most of the staff spoke English. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable, and every morning a delicious breakfast was served.

Breakfast buffet was pretty good! :) We didnt know that there was no elevator...it really was a hassle to carry the baby stroller, the luggage and what not upstairs 3 stariways... Won't go there again!

The hotel was clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with a good choice of foods. It was an easy walk to shopping facilities and the old town of Passau, and the train station was very accessible over a footbridge. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as value for money. December 2011.

German grundlichkeit. Nothing wrong with that. Electricity collapsed during the night (we did not notice) so computers did not work in the morning, We got the bill by snail mail when we returned from holidays.

This was a great hotel in the City of Passau. Only a short 10 minute walk from the old city center. The staff were both friendly and very accommodating. The facility has been renovated and it shows, everything was nice, clean and in working order. We had a large room on the third floor with a great cross breeze. The breakfast buffet was worth the extra 7e per day--lots of fruit, and Bavarian treats. We did/do not have any complaints; the Internet was our only inconvenience- only available in the lobby, though the staff was happy to provide us vouchers accommodating our laptop and iPad.

Hotel is loacted at a very busy street, but we stayed at the back, which was ok. We loved the little outside place of this room.

Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich und stylisch eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Rundum - für mich stimmte das Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis.

El hotel es excelente. El desayuno (7 € por persona) era variado, abundante y de muy buena calidad. La atención del personal fué de primera, a pesar de las diferencias de idioma. Muy buena la ubicación del hotel, a unas pocas cuadras del centro comercial, de la parte antigüa de la ciudad, de la Universidad, y de las excursiones que navegan por los tres ríos. No hay ascensor. Si uno viaja con equipaje pesado se complica subirlo a las habitaciones por las escaleras, el personal se ofrece a ayudar, pero creo que es algo que se debe tener en cuenta.
