Cleaneless,nothing else must keep the booking as it was initialy made,no double booking for same room anymore,should exist telephone in room,extend WI-FI not only in the reception area,adjust the warm/hot water to able for use it at normal flow (in shower room),the stuff should be able to speak/understand other language beside german and turkye (english,for exemple) |

The Hotel location is excellent since it is very close to the city center...also, transportation is 24/7 available infront of the hotel, staff members are very helpful and the rooms are quite comfortable. Excellent chioce for whomever want to have a short stay in Dortmund. |

The staff was very friendly, the room clean, the location close to underground transportation and railwaystation. One should be able to get out of the hotel in the morning without the room key.I had to leave very early and I left my key in the mailbox in the lobby (maybe this was not ok). I was fortunate to be able to get out because some other guest had an early trip too. He opened the door. |

We've stayed only one night and we leaved early in the morning. Unfortunately we had to pay the breakfasts nevertheless. The elevator didn't work early in the morning! |

The hotel was unexceptional & reasonably cared for. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful. It was a bit farther from the center than we had hoped, but parking was free. The bowling alley next door was the best thing about this hotel for us. Our room had a broken closet and a broken picture frame above the bed. Pillows were terrible and when we asked for an extra were told they didn't have any. Nothing warm for breakfast although there was a chaffing dish it was empty both mornings of our stay. |
