Mooie ruime kamers, zeer goede schoonmaak, prima welness, uitstekend ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel Wij wilden skieen in Winterberg. De site vermeldt dat de afstand tot Winterberg 11 km is. Dat is hemelsbreed. De rijafstand is ruim 30 km. En ruim 30 minuten met de auto. Dat viel tegen en vind ik een onjuiste voorlichting. De wellness van het hotel is niet toegankelijk voor kinderen onder de 16 jaar. Dat zou op de site vermeld moeten worden. Er zijn te weinig parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel

Der Service und das Essen! Wenn es überhaupt was gibt was es zu bemängeln gibt: Duschkopf in Zimmer 50 kein Wasserdruck!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Das Zimmer hat mir gar nicht gefallen. Ich kam mir zurückversetzt in die 80er Jahre. Ich denke das war ein Zimmer das mal schnell für die Clubs vermietet wird. Da können sie nichts kaputt machen. Fallen von der Treppe sofort ins Zimmer. Nein das war wirklich nicht schön.

Wij vonden de bereikbaar tot vele activiteiten bijzonder goed De rookgeur in kamer 206 hangt er nog steeds... De gordijnen en bankstel zijn aan een opfrissing toe.

Mitarbeiter freundlich, die Komfortzimmer sind ok. Halbpension - hier ist das Essen wirklich gut. an den Wochenenden sind viele Kegelclubs im Hotel. Oft ist es sehr laut im Speiseraum. Auch an der Bar. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr verwinkelt.Man benötigt Zeit, bis man zu den Zimmern findet. Essen nach Karte empfehlen wir nicht.

Alles keurig voor elkaar. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en servicegericht. Klein minpuntje,de fitnessruimte viel wat tegen, die zit wat weggestopt en heeft duidelijk niet dezelfde aandacht gekregen die de rest van het hotel wel heeft gekregen.

Guter Wellness Bereich! Hätte gerne nach dem Wellness-Bereich noch einen Kaffee getrunken! Leider muss man erst aufs Zimmer und sich komplett fertig machen. Bar war Abends schon um 23 Uhr geschlossen!
