Good breakfast and location Room was shabby and smelled like cigarette, also the towels smelled like cigarettes. No internet connection in the rooms, just in the lobby. The pillows were awful. |

Breakfast was good, also near S & U-Bann stations. The Hotel Room was in need of a total refurbishment, everything was at least 20 years old. The elevator was also very old and you had to pull the outside door shut before the lift would work.The hotel was at least a 20 minutes walk from the Kurfurstendamm. |

The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and helpful. As a visitor to your country from Chicago, IL their assistance was very much appreciated and I would especially like to again thank Anastasia at the Reception Desk for all of her help. She is a valuable asset to your hotel. Also, the breakfast provided was outstanding! |

in very right place for sightseeing. Very friendly staff. Free internet is added value. parking is a little bit complicated issue. There is very limited place in front of hotel to drop you luggage before parking your car in underground garage which have no direct access to hotel. |

Nice receptionist, who was always ready to help us and answer all questions. Nice breakfast. Good location. That was the worst 3-stars standard hotel I've ever visited. Hotels from Slovakia, Poland, even Russia which held 3 stars are much more comfortable. We got nearly blind room with very windows, small WC, and paper-like walls, where you could listen to your neighbours whispering. Photos presented on www are not presenting the hotel we spent a night at. |

It was near to transport links which gave quick and easy access to the whole city. The staff were polite and helpful. The ensuite facilities. The 24 hour reception service. |

The room and bathroom were clean. The bed comfortable and the sheets crisp. Breakfast was a buffet style with a good choice of food. Fresh buns and other breads. The furniture needs an update, it looks worn. If you get a good deal on the room it is an OK stay. |

the location was pretty good,bus and train stops are nearby... plus the shopping area and restaurants are all around the corner. i would say that; for the price and location it is recommendable. hotel needs renovation, strong bad smell of everything from cigarettes to moldy carpets. |

Great part of a great city. The Hotel was surprisingly quiet and breakfast was efficient and good quality. En suite facilities rather cramped. My main complaint would be that there is no tea/coffee available either in the rooms or in the lobby - which is a bar. They really should have at least a coin op coffee machine available 24 hours a day. |

Nothing. There was a rude russian receptionist in the morning shift that does not know how to communicate with customrs in a decent way. very small room, smelly,very small bathroom, poor ventilation in the room, broken bed. I cant categorize this place as a hotel. Its just a bar with non relevant rooms in the same building which has several residents and 2 clinics for patients in it. |

The location was good and the breakfast was good. It was fairly quiet during the night, so sleep was possible. The decoration was not high quality, and the bathroom was a bit dated. |

Good breakfast. Clean room. We've stayed with 3 persons in one room. I would have expected a normal bed for the 3rd person, instead there was a foldaway bed. This was a bit disappointing. The double bed was good, but the foldaway bed was not great. |

The hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing and near to public transport. Our room was very clean and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms do need updating. Good value for money. For us the car park was a plus and at a very reasonable fee. |
