The room and bathroom were clean. The bed comfortable and the sheets crisp. Breakfast was a buffet style with a good choice of food. Fresh buns and other breads. The furniture needs an update, it looks worn. If you get a good deal on the room it is an OK stay. |

the location was pretty good,bus and train stops are nearby... plus the shopping area and restaurants are all around the corner. i would say that; for the price and location it is recommendable. hotel needs renovation, strong bad smell of everything from cigarettes to moldy carpets. |

Great part of a great city. The Hotel was surprisingly quiet and breakfast was efficient and good quality. En suite facilities rather cramped. My main complaint would be that there is no tea/coffee available either in the rooms or in the lobby - which is a bar. They really should have at least a coin op coffee machine available 24 hours a day. |

Nothing. There was a rude russian receptionist in the morning shift that does not know how to communicate with customrs in a decent way. very small room, smelly,very small bathroom, poor ventilation in the room, broken bed. I cant categorize this place as a hotel. Its just a bar with non relevant rooms in the same building which has several residents and 2 clinics for patients in it. |

The location was good and the breakfast was good. It was fairly quiet during the night, so sleep was possible. The decoration was not high quality, and the bathroom was a bit dated. |

Good breakfast. Clean room. We've stayed with 3 persons in one room. I would have expected a normal bed for the 3rd person, instead there was a foldaway bed. This was a bit disappointing. The double bed was good, but the foldaway bed was not great. |

The hotel is ideally situated for sightseeing and near to public transport. Our room was very clean and comfortable, although the hotel and rooms do need updating. Good value for money. For us the car park was a plus and at a very reasonable fee. |

Location - near to SBahn. Reception staff helpful. Very clean. Quite noisy location on main street. Not suitable for disabled or those struggling to climb stairs or buggy users as only one small lift and bedrooms on 3rd floor upwards. |

Best of all is the location of the hotel. It is realy close to underground station, shopping center and zoo. And the breakfast was realy good. There was no internet available in room, as was mentioned in hotel description. It is only possible to use the internet in bar. |

Very friendly service. They not only let us to leave the luggage before our check in, but also offered an extra free breakfast, since we arrived in the morning. At the check out they helped us to find another hotel for our next stay in Berlin (they were fully booked). |

The hotel is simply reachable from airport Schönefeld. The room was nice, spacious, clean and plenty of light. The stff was friendly and helpful. The U-bann station and the S-bann stations are in a very short distance. Good value for the price. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room and the free wireless in the room, but these are minor things. |

Very good location. Close to public transport, to shopping area and close to the city center. Our room was on the first floor (parking side) - very quiet, no noise at all.
