Staff was terrific - their English was excellent & they helped us with a serious traveling problem. Breakfast was excellent & served in a very pleasant area We didn't have a phone in our room.

Hotel Sprenz is ideally situated. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent, with much to choose from. Without exception the staff were friendly and helpful. This was our second stay in the hotel and it won't be the last.

Friendly staff Free wi-fi Fantastic breakfast Packed lunch on day of departure - a lovely touch! Easy access into town Really good value - we had a few drinks at the bar during our stay and the prices were not excessive at all. All in all a great hotel, where all guests were looked after. The television needed to be reprogrammed everytime we switched it on and there were very few programmes in english - but that is only a minor grumble as I shouldn't expect that.

I liked the staff, especially the front-desk person who is originally from Canada. She was very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to be given a suite even though we had booked a double room.

Very clean and very friendly. Close to train station and city center. I will go back again with the family. I prefer to see more information available about the city and activities in the hotel room.

Het vriendelijke personeel die heel behulpzaam was. Dat ik jullie niet kon bereiken om de boeking om te zetten naar een andere lagere prijsklasse toen ik in het hotel was.

Kom för 2-dagars hundutställning. Riktigt nära till utställningshallen. Stort bra rum med eget pentry. Rekommenderas verkligen. Mycket nöjd.

La chambre familiale (environ 25 m² + une kitchenette, presque un petit appartement!) qui a pu nous accueillir avec nos 3 enfants (grâce à un lit d'appoint). Bien plus conviviale et moins chère que deux chambres! La décoration moderne et très soignée, la literie très confortable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner très varié et apétissant. La gentillesse du personnel. La situation de l'hôtel idéale pour visiter le centre d'Oldenbourg à pieds. La salle d'eau un peu petite. Le personnel du petit déjeuner assez pressé à 10h de nous voir partir pour tout remettre en place pour le lendemain matin... Dernier détail : l'absence de réponse de l'établissement à une question posée via booking au moment de la réserrvation ce qui nous a obligé à téléphoner à l'hôtel pour avoir la réponse.

Viel Platz im Zimmer: Schlafraum und Extraraum, Küche vorhanden , Kaffee und Tee kostenlos ,Fruehstück reichlich und schmeckt , sehr appetitlich präsentiert, Fruehstuecksraum freundlich, und sauber. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.Bei Abreise Lunchpaket erhalten. Bei geoeffnetem Fenster starker Verkehrslärm. Zimmer roch nach abgestandenem Zigarettenrauch.

Vriendelijkheid personeel. Gezond, maar bovenal lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtaanbod. Servicegerichtheid: je krijgt een goed gevuld lunchpakket mee als je uitcheckt, super! De grootte van de tv was niet toereikend om uit beide bedden te kunnen kijken.

Het ontbijt was erg goed en uitgebreid, het hotel en de kamers waren erg schoon. Het hotel is qua aankleding voor wat betreft het meubilair e.d. mooi en modern, maar toch is de sfeer wat kil. Dit komt met name door de koude en kille gangen.
