Altstadt Hotel St. Georg  

On the first day a very polite young lady, staff member at the front desk, she kindly helped to solve the problem with the replacement of the room, and gave some useful tips on staying in the city.

Worst hotel i've ever seen. In the first room, which was proposed, radiators did not work, there were no hangers in the wardrobe, there was no curtain in the shower and some other nasty little things. The second room, which I was offered was not much better. Carpeting is not seen a vacuum cleaner for many days. The bathroom door would not close. In the evening and late at night is better not to open windows because of the very loud noise from a nearby pubs and cafes. As a result: the price does not correspond to the level and quality of hotel services.

Very good location in the old town, few steps from undergroung, very kind and agreedable stuff. The hotel is small and cute ideal for business and city trip.

I had to wait at the outside door of the hotel for about 1-15 minutes; waiting for the receptionest to open the door. They didn't answer the phone calls until I called the mobile number provided. The hotel is an old one. This is very clear and you can see this in the elevator ( very old one)

The only positive about this hotel was the location.

The hotel was nothing like the brochure. It had been sold to new owners who were clearly in over their heads. The place was old with worn, dirty and stained carpets. There was no wifi available as advertised- staff insisted it was working on the main level, no one knew the correct password. After repeated requests they said the technician had fixed it but it still didnt work. The breakfast was minimal and cold, including the coffee, again nothing like the brochures. There was no safe in the room, though there was an instruction card explaining how to use it.Staff didn't know anything about it and were surprised when asked. Our room wasn't cleaned, only new towels but shampoo etc was not replenished and beds were not made. No bath mat to stand on. The price was ridiculously high and missed represented based on past owners capabilities. New owners should not be paid such high rates based on past owners ability. We would like some money back! This hotel was twice the price of other hotels we stayed in, including a new 4+ one in Berlin.

I requested that some light bulbs were replaced, but they were not in the 3 days we were there.

Da Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich.

Locatie: midden in de Altstadt, ideaal voor winkelen, uit eten en kerstmarktjes.

Het hele hotel viel tegen. Onze kamer was niet schoon. Er waren 3 lampen kapot. 2 kluisjes aanwezig in de kamer, echter beide defect. De minibar was (op 1 colaatje na) compleet leeg, ook geen glazen aanwezig. Het ontbijt was ronduit karig. Wifi was er niet of functioneerde niet. Er wordt duidelijk geen aandacht besteed aan de kamers, het ontbijt en evenmin aan de gasten. Al met al zeker niet de 110 Euro waard, die we voor de overnachtinge hebben moeten betalen.

Was hier voor de 4e keer. Hotel is overgenomen. 3 Lampen in de badkamer kapot Kamer en badkamer waren schoon Ontbijt was super slecht Theewater kwam de kalk los van de bodem geen fatsoenlijke koffie op het buffet lag ondefinieerbaar beleg, bezwete kaas en wel 1 ei. Dus van elende een broodje jam en een flesje water als ontbijt genomen. Jammer, dit was voor ons de laatste keer in dit hotel.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk,

hotel was smerig hing een vieze rioollucht in het hotel, vloerbedeking, was vies en de kamers waren beneden peil.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, Königsallée und Bolkerstrasse sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Absolut super Lage um Party zu machen. Für junge Leute zu empfehlen.Nettes Personal.

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.Teppiche nicht gereinigt, Zimmer sehen sehr mitgenommen aus.Schade, da es wirklich ein nettes Hotel ist.
