Great location to Aldt Stadt and convenient to all restaurants. Room was comfortable enough.

Cigarette smoke could be smelt throughout the hotel including our room. As a non-smoker I found this uncomfortable.

Location in the Altstadt

Television in both rooms did not work. The room where breakfast was served was much too small for the hotel guests.

My first room was unlit (power did not work) and terribly small on the 4th floor. The clerk changed to much bigger and nicer room on 2nd floor.

Overall the hotel is pretty run down and needs a refresh soon.

Location great. Three stops from central train station by Underground. Train runs from central station to airport so access great for air travel too. Close to old town and restaurants in neighborhood. Wifi worked well in room. Room was quiet , Room small but well designed including two chairs and table for sitting. Breakfast included. Gave us two free beers in frig!

No English tv stations. Bbc or CNN might be welcome. More info on getting to hotel could be on web site.

Located in the city centre Old style hotel but well maintained For breakfast there was everything I needed and they even asked me if they could prepare eggs and bacon

My room gave out on the street. Because of the good weather many people were sitting on the terasses. This caused a lot of noice until 1-2 am in the morning. The temperature of the shower was difficult to regulate (too hot, too cold). The hand push soap was rather ugly smelling

On the first day a very polite young lady, staff member at the front desk, she kindly helped to solve the problem with the replacement of the room, and gave some useful tips on staying in the city.

Worst hotel i've ever seen. In the first room, which was proposed, radiators did not work, there were no hangers in the wardrobe, there was no curtain in the shower and some other nasty little things. The second room, which I was offered was not much better. Carpeting is not seen a vacuum cleaner for many days. The bathroom door would not close. In the evening and late at night is better not to open windows because of the very loud noise from a nearby pubs and cafes. As a result: the price does not correspond to the level and quality of hotel services.

Clean and friendly hotel, close to Dusseldorf Old Town. Less than one minute from bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, including my favourite Uerige. Staff were polite and welcoming, and the room was very clean.

The hotel's location near to bars and restaurants does mean that there is some noise from the streets, which could be annoying for some people.

Отличное расположение, старый центр. Но рядом на улице ирландские пабы, вечерами может быть шумно. Номер довольно большой, все чисто, новая мебель и сантехника. Депозит не берут, блокировку средст на карте не осуществляют.

До лифта десяток ступенек, с чемоданами тяжеловато. Выезжали рано утром, ресепция (комната на 2 этаже, там же серверуется завтрак) была закрыта, пришлось уезжать по английски, подсунув ключи от номера под дверь. Через три часа списали с карты, указанной при бронировании, стоимость номера.

Personnel accueillant

Petit dejeuner pas assez complet. Vétusté et taille de la chambre. Les rideaux laissent passer le jour comme si il n'y en avait pas..donc prevoir son masque. En 2013 et a l'heure de l'écran plat (qui coute aujourd'hui 60 euro ht en moyenne) on nous impose un meuble télé démesuré qui accueille un tube cathodique qui n'a plus d'age et qui bouche la moitié du passage de notre minuscule chambre. La porte de l'armoire ainsi que tringle et etagères étaient cassés. Fortement à revoir.

Ee gezellig klein verrassend hotel . Kneuterig en toch weer grote kamers . Alles prima.

Het hotel zit op een toplocatie en ziet er van binnen netjes uit.

Als je een driepersoons kamer hebt, dan slaapt 1 iemand op een airbed. Verder, als je van stilte houdt in de nacht, dan kun je beter een ander hotel zoeken want er komt lawaai van stappende mensen uit de straat.

Top Ausgangslage für Besichtigungen..... Mitten im Geschehen

Wenn mann die Ruhe beim Schlafen sucht wird es etwas schwierig.... Durch das rege Nachtleben im Zentum (Toplage des Hotels) hört man doch bis in der Früh.... für Leute mit leichten Schlaf nicht Ideal

Kamer was goed. Ligging ook. Netjes , ruim en schoon. Ontbijt prima in het weekend. Op maandag minder.Broodjes nog maar drie voor 2 personen. We waren misschien nog de enige gasten. .

Wel lawaaioverlast van een afzuiginstallatie gedurende groot deel van avond en nacht. Weinig vriendelijk personeel. Onpersoonlijke en ongeinteresseerde houding bij bediening ontbijt. Dienstdoende baliemedewerker op maandagochtend niet vriendelijk.

Centrale ligging.

Het hotel was verschrikkelijk rokerig (er is een rookkamer ingericht, kennelijk zonder afvoer), zowel in trappenhuis als in de kamer. Met raam open geslapen, maar gezien de kroegen ertegenover erg veel lawaai. Bovendien erg onverzorgd: stop in de wastafel ontbrak, vitrage hing half los, slot deur werkte niet.

Frükstücksraum bei Vollbelegung etwas klein.

Çok merkezi olması.

Buzdolabı, televizyon, lamba gibi odadaki ürünler daha yeni ve çalışır vaziyette olması tercih edilirdi.
