Fantastic Family Hotel, Exellent food and Service
Easy to find, good clean room.
Unfortunately, it was the owners 25 Wedding Anniversary. They had a noisy party which continued till 4 AM, therefore we could not get any sleep & the restaurant was also closed. Could not get WIFI in the room. Only one pillow.clean
The host was friendly and the menu of the day was delicious and excellent value for money. The room was large with a balcony and very clean.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Kind staff, good beer and very tasty schnitzel
Th room was comfortable & the shared bathroom & loo was very clean, even though the hotel was full of men on a conference! The food at breakfast was usual fayre but lots of choice of different hams, cheeses, jams & teas etc.
The lady we 1st met was obviously very busy with evening meal service but it took us ages to find our room after she just waved us off, we ended up back in the bar asking someone else!
Easy access from Aachen by bus. Full breakfast.
Dust and durt on the furnitures.
easy to find, good breakfast
very basic, shared bathroom
Parking, restaurant, breakfast, and staff.
Restaurant closed on Friday night, Wi-Fi doesn't work from room.
Good rooms for family adjacent to Aachen; free parking; excellent brekfast and helpful staff.
Wurselen itself a bit nondescript;
English speaking staff. Good speed internet. Great breakfast. Bus stop nearby and only E3.50 to Aachen train station. Whole hotel very clean. Always clean towels and soap/toilet paper. Nice size room. Petrol station a 5 minute walk away with food,drink,newspapers and other items at a fair price. Central Wurselen a 20 minute walk away. A Euro shop (discount shop) has many items for travellers there.
Hotel closed when I arrived. My room key was left on a notice board behind the hotel. I was not told of this so spent 30 minutes asking neighbours who were rather angry at the interruption. I did not consider that my room key would be left on a notice board that anyone could have taken, so did not think to check. I eventually found my room key and got into my room. As long as you know your key might be left on the notice board around the side of the hotel its straight forward.
