Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre mit sehr freundlichem Personal. schöne Lage WLAN kostet extra. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Abend-Buffet könnte besser sein.

酒店地点很远，不方便，而且非常贵，在我定的时候要50磅，定完后打折了，可以是28磅，我想取消再重新定- ，酒店不允许了，但是我之前的是可以免费取- 消的，还没到日期，凭什么不给我取消，要收我钱。然后去了之后，前天有个老女人服务态度极其差，我问她怎么- 买邮票，他们德国买邮票是要机子操作的而且- 极其脑残的办法，外国人不熟悉根本不可能知道怎么操作，我多问了几句，她不耐烦了，就说，我真怀疑你是怎么- 从中国来到柏林的！还有一个服务生我想打热- 水被他制止了，用傲慢的态度说，在我们聚会的时候你不能进餐厅，你他妈优越什么啊，东徳人！！态度尤其恶劣- ，活该你们东徳人被西德鄙视，这酒店弄得我- 柏林经历极其差，极其不爽！

ich fand den service sehr angenehm, als alleinreisende konnte ich gut in die bar oder in den frühstücksraum, ohne mich unwohl zu fühlen. die rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich und ich werde auf jeden fall wiederkommen.

Wenn man tagsüber die Stadt genießt, kehrt man zurück in eine Oase der Ruhe und kann wunderbar ungestört schlafen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und willkommen, alle Mitarbeiter sind extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man ist dort zu Hause. Herrlich diese vielen Parkplätze!

La tranquillité, le service les transports publics sont fréquents et pas trop éloignés il est placé dans un quartier trés vert et agréable. possibilité de manger à l'hôtel Dans la chambre 301 impossible de contrôler le chauffage qui chauffait à fond au dessus du lit il y a un petit meuble de rangement placé trop bas, je l'ai heurté plusieurs fois.......

Preis und Lage (Anlass für den Aufenthalt war eine private Feier in der Nähe) Das Zimmer war eiskalt! Der Temperaturregler der Nachtspeicherheizung! war auf 10 Grad eingestellt, auf sDem Flur war es wärmer als im Zimmer. Selbst am nächsten Morgen war es noch kalt im Zimmer! Der Rahmen war vergleichbar einem wuseligen Gemeindehaus ( an dem Wochenende war Wehnachtsmarkt vor und in dem Gebäude). Mich hat es nicht gestört, muss man aber mögen.

Gute Lage , Grunewald , sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis. Nur 3 km zur Messe. Hotel und Jugendheim, dadurch gelegentlich etwas laut, Rezeption wie eine Jugendherberge.
