the receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful.

Great position, friendly, helpful staff. Room and bathroom nicely fitted out and comfortable. Breakfast good but quite expensive.

Our room was on the top floor, and we found it too warm even with the heaters off and on a cold, wet day. Also, being on top, we had the sloping roofline taking up quite a bit of the room.

This hotel is in a very convenient location close to the train station, subway, museums and inner city sites. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished with a comfortable four poster king size bed. The bathroom had a roomy shower and a much appreciated heated floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. We were very pleased with the hotel and its location, and we stayed there a second time after a side trip to Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The Wi-Fi access in the rooms was not included for free.

Great location. The location is 5min walk to the munchen hbf. 10-15 min to main tourist attractions. The hotel is in the middle of shopping centre.

why charge for wifi when there is free wifi in the coffee shop next door? Hotel was inflexible when we had a special request, though it was an unusual request. But they could have easily facilitated us with no trouble at all.

Location was handy for city sights although there wasn't much nightlife close by except strip clubs Munich is amazing. :)

There are nicer cheaper hotels available. The area isnt that nice at night time. Was woken at 7 by hsmmering that went on till dinner time. Hotel is over priced.can get nicer hotels at hslf the price. Paid for a comfort room as it was a surprise birthday present for my boyfriends 30th. The room I was given was a standard room facing onto the Main Street, even though I sent a special request to the hotel asking for a court yard facing room with a fancy bed( like the pictures the hotel advertised) I went down to reception and she said there's was only one court yard room available so I swapped, the room overlooked a industaral looking roof heating system!!! When checking out I was told I had to pay for the upgrade of room!! The hotel advertises with photos so you think your getting a posh looking hotel where as my experience was standard. I booked it and wouldn't have minded paying more if I got what was advertised. Was not happy and the staff didnt resolve the situation. The room I was given after conplaining was the same with possibly a worse view and then had to pay extra.

The location was very good. Really close to the main trainstation and the city center. Quite a few restaurants are just next to the hotel, plus shopping center, and a main shopping street on the city. The facilities were good. Shower was great.

It was quite expensive, but the city as a whole is expensive. I did not feel that the breakfast was worth 10 Euros, as it did not have a lot of variety - best to go to a shop down the street. I also did not like the bed, it sunk a lot on the midle.

The hotel is close to the main station and main public transport as well as the city. A very good location to explore Munich.

The main station area is from time to time a bit dodgy, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

The hotel location is exrtremely great because it is situated almost right on the Karlsplatz and it takes about 7 minutes of nice walk to get to Marienplatz. Besides, the Main Railway station is also close and the U-Bahn station is right in front of the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast is cheap and very tasty.

There is nothing bad about this hotel.

Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! Very comfortable and great position. Nice breakfast.

The location is excellent. Very easy to reach train station on foot, as well tram, underground. Surropunded by many shopping centres,as well restaurants,. On foot to the Mariien Platz, you can see a lot of shops. etc

The toilet very very very narrow. The shower inside the room,transparent,near the bed.

I loved its proximity to important S-Bahn an s U-bahn stations. The bath furnishings were of the highest quality, as was the bed.

Big renovation going on in 2-3 floors (same floor that we had our room in). There was no storage room for luggage after checking out, bags were just left in lobby corner, not the safest way I think......
